Notre piscine, exceptionnelle, mesure 40 mètres sur 4. APOLLON est le plus intime et plus "cosy" de tous. Ses murs de pierres, son évier d'époque, sa mezzanine de bois blanchi, ses terres cuites et ses enduits à la chaux créent une atmosphère chaleureuse. Au rez-de-chaussée, sa pièce à vivre intègre une grande bibliothèque, un salon, un coin repas, une cuisine ouverte parfaitement équipée (plaques, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, réfrigérateur-congélateur, machines café expresso et filtre, bouilloire, toaster, batteur, mixeur), ainsi qu'une salle d'eau avec WC. Une grande luminosité et de belles vues sont apportées par les trois fenêtres sur la façade sud de la maison. A l'étage se trouvent les 2 chambres et une deuxième salle d'eau avec WC.

Our self-catering cottages are ideal for families in search of peace and quiet. The estate covers 10 hectares of unspoilt countryside, with beautiful views of the Corbières. Our exceptional swimming pool measures 40 x 4 meters. APOLLON is the most intimate and coziest of all. Its stone walls, period sink, whitewashed wood mezzanine, terracotta and lime plaster create a warm atmosphere. On the first floor, the living area includes a large library, a lounge, a dining area, a fully-equipped open kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, espresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster, mixer, blender) and a shower room with WC. Three windows on the south-facing side of the house provide plenty of light and views. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and a second shower room with toilet.

APOLLON ist das intimste und "gemütlichste" von allen. Seine Steinmauern, die antike Spüle, das Zwischengeschoss aus gebleichtem Holz, Terrakotta und Kalkputz schaffen eine warme Atmosphäre. Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss umfasst eine große Bibliothek, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich, eine perfekt ausgestattete offene Küche (Kochplatten, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Espresso- und Filterkaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mixer, Pürierstab) sowie ein Badezimmer mit WC. Viel Licht und schöne Ausblicke werden durch die drei Fenster an der Südfassade des Hauses geboten. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer und ein zweites Badezimmer mit WC.

De stenen muren, antieke gootsteen, witgekalkte houten tussenverdieping, terracotta tegels en kalkpleister creëren een warme sfeer. Op de begane grond bestaat het woongedeelte uit een grote bibliotheek, een zitkamer, een eethoek, een volledig uitgeruste open keuken (kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, wasmachine, koelkast met vriesvak, espresso- en filterkoffiezetapparaten, waterkoker, broodrooster, mixer, mixer) en een doucheruimte met wc. De drie ramen aan de zuidkant van het huis zorgen voor veel natuurlijk licht en een mooi uitzicht. Boven zijn de 2 slaapkamers en een tweede doucheruimte met WC.

Nuestra piscina es excepcional, de 40 x 4 metros. APOLLON es la más íntima y acogedora de todas. Sus paredes de piedra, su fregadero de época, su entresuelo de madera encalada, sus baldosas de terracota y su enlucido de cal crean un ambiente cálido. En la planta baja, la zona de estar incluye una gran biblioteca, un salón, un comedor, una cocina americana totalmente equipada (vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora, frigorífico-congelador, cafeteras exprés y de filtro, hervidor, tostadora, batidora, licuadora) y un cuarto de ducha con WC. Las tres ventanas en el lado sur de la casa proporcionan mucha luz y unas vistas preciosas. Arriba están los 2 dormitorios y un segundo cuarto de ducha con WC.
