This pretty contemporary house houses a modern studio, totally independent thanks to its outdoor access, with a garden and terrace area just for you, with garden furniture for a little coffee in the sun and deckchairs for relaxation. Another plus: a private sauna! The setting is rural, from the garden with its vegetable patch, young orchard and chickens, to the surrounding area, with direct access to the forest or countryside: with a bit of luck, you'll see pheasants or roe deer right at the bottom of the garden! Between Evreux and the Eure valley, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to activities, leisure and sightseeing: Anne Sophie and Goulven will tell you all about it. The studio is on the ground floor, with outside access, and is completely independent. It has a double bed 160X200, a small dining area with flat-screen TV and a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing your meals. Private bathroom with toilet and sauna.
