Musée du Sonnenhof – Bischwiller

Cent quarante ans d’une aventure humaine exceptionnelle exposée au musée du Sonnenhof, ou de « l’asile protestant pour idiots » à la « Cour du soleil ». « L’asile protestant pour idiots », créé à Oberhoffen sur Moder en 1876 sous l’impulsion de pasteurs, est devenu la Fondation protestante Sonnenhof qui accueille à Bischwiller un millier de personnes, déficients mentaux, autistes, polyhandicapés, personnes âgées… Le musée est l’œuvre de Gerdy DREYER, éducateur retraité passionné. L’idée de montrer le travail formidable accompli quotidiennement par la Fondation lui est venue lors de la découverte fortuite dans des vieilles malles bonnes à jeter de documents d’une valeur historique inestimable, dont un acte fondateur en écriture gothique allemande. Il a patiemment rassemblé du matériel d’époque, des outils divers, des vêtements, des fauteuils roulants, des photographies anciennes. Le tout est organisé à la fois par ordre chronologique et par centre d’intérêt : l’école, le travail, les vacances, la guerre, la chorale… Un film complète la visite d’un musée vraiment pas comme les autres qui met en exergue des valeurs humaines et nous rappelle que "chaque vie est une lumiere". One hundred and forty years of an exceptional human adventure on display at the Sonnenhof Museum, or from the "Protestant Asylum for Idiots" to the "Court of the Sun". The "Protestant Asylum for Idiots", created in Oberhoffen sur Moder in 1876 at the instigation of pastors, has become the Sonnenhof Protestant Foundation, which takes in a thousand people in Bischwiller, including the mentally deficient, the autistic, the multi-handicapped and the elderly.. The idea of showing the wonderful work accomplished daily by the Foundation came to him when he accidentally discovered documents of inestimable historical value in some old trunks that could be thrown away, including a founding act in German Gothic script. He patiently collected period material, various tools, clothes, wheelchairs and old photographs. Everything is organised both chronologically and by area of interest: school, work, holidays, war, choir… A film completes the visit to a museum unlike any other which highlights human values and reminds us that "every life is a light". Hundertvierzig Jahre eines außergewöhnlichen menschlichen Abenteuers, das im Museum des Sonnenhofs ausgestellt wird, oder vom "protestantischen Asyl für Idioten" zum "Sonnenhof". aus dem "protestantischen Asyl für Idioten", das 1876 auf Betreiben von Pfarrern in Oberhoffen sur Moder gegründet wurde, ist die protestantische Stiftung Sonnenhof geworden, die in Bischwiller rund 1.000 Menschen aufnimmt, darunter geistig Behinderte, Autisten, Mehrfachbehinderte und ältere Menschen Das Museum ist das Werk von Gerdy DREYER, einem passionierten pensionierten Erzieher. Die Idee, die großartige Arbeit, die die Stiftung täglich leistet, zu zeigen, kam ihm, als er zufällig in alten, zum Wegwerfen geeigneten Koffern Dokumente von unschätzbarem historischen Wert entdeckte, darunter eine Gründungsurkunde in deutscher gotischer Schrift. Geduldig sammelte er Material aus der damaligen Zeit, verschiedene Werkzeuge, Kleidung, Rollstühle und alte Fotografien. Das Ganze ist sowohl chronologisch als auch nach Interessenschwerpunkten geordnet: Schule, Arbeit, Ferien, Krieg, Chor… Ein Film rundet den Besuch in einem wirklich nicht alltäglichen Museum ab, das menschliche Werte hervorhebt und uns daran erinnert, dass "jedes Leben ein Licht ist". Honderdveertig jaar van een uitzonderlijk menselijk avontuur tentoongesteld in Museum Sonnenhof, of van het "Protestantse Gesticht voor Idioten" tot het "Hof van de Zon". het "Protestantse Gesticht voor Idioten", dat in 1876 op instigatie van pastoors in Oberhoffen sur Moder werd opgericht, werd de Protestantse Stichting Sonnenhof, die in Bischwiller duizend mensen opvangt, onder wie geestelijk gehandicapten, autisten, meerhandigen en ouderen.. Het museum is het werk van Gerdy DREYER, een gepensioneerd onderwijzeres met een passie voor het onderwerp. Het idee om het prachtige werk dat de Stichting dagelijks verricht te laten zien, kwam bij hem op toen hij bij toeval in enkele oude koffers documenten van onschatbare historische waarde ontdekte die weggegooid konden worden, waaronder een stichtingsdocument in Duits gotisch schrift. Hij verzamelde geduldig historisch materiaal, diverse gereedschappen, kleding, rolstoelen en oude foto's. Alles is zowel chronologisch als per interessegebied georganiseerd: school, werk, vakantie, de oorlog, het koor… Een film rondt het bezoek af aan een museum zoals geen ander, dat menselijke waarden belicht en ons eraan herinnert dat "elk leven een licht is". Ciento cuarenta años de una aventura humana excepcional expuesta en el Museo Sonnenhof, o del "Asilo Protestante para Idiotas" a la "Corte del Sol". el "Asilo Protestante para Idiotas", creado en Oberhoffen sur Moder en 1876 a instancias de los pastores, se ha convertido en la Fundación Protestante Sonnenhof, que acoge a un millar de personas en Bischwiller, entre ellas deficientes mentales, autistas, multidiscapacitados y ancianos? El museo es obra de Gerdy DREYER, una educadora jubilada apasionada por la educación. La idea de mostrar el maravilloso trabajo que realiza a diario la Fundación se le ocurrió cuando descubrió accidentalmente documentos de inestimable valor histórico en unos viejos baúles que estaban a punto de ser tirados, entre ellos un documento fundacional en escritura gótica alemana. Ha recogido pacientemente material de época, herramientas diversas, ropa, sillas de ruedas y fotografías antiguas. Todo está organizado tanto cronológicamente como por áreas de interés: la escuela, el trabajo, las vacaciones, la guerra, el coro.. Una película completa la visita a un museo diferente a los demás, que resalta los valores humanos y nos recuerda que "cada vida es una luz". Centoquarant'anni di un'eccezionale avventura umana in mostra al Museo Sonnenhof, ovvero dal "Manicomio protestante per idioti" alla "Corte del Sole". il "manicomio protestante per idioti", creato a Oberhoffen sur Moder nel 1876 su iniziativa di alcuni pastori, è diventato la Fondazione protestante Sonnenhof, che accoglie un migliaio di persone a Bischwiller, tra cui deficienti mentali, autistici, pluriminorati e anziani? Il museo è opera di Gerdy DREYER, un'educatrice in pensione con la passione per l'istruzione. L'idea di mostrare il meraviglioso lavoro svolto quotidianamente dalla Fondazione gli è venuta quando ha scoperto per caso, in alcuni vecchi bauli pronti per essere buttati, documenti di inestimabile valore storico, tra cui un documento di fondazione in caratteri gotici tedeschi. Ha pazientemente raccolto materiale d'epoca, attrezzi vari, vestiti, sedie a rotelle e vecchie fotografie. Tutto è organizzato sia cronologicamente che per aree di interesse: la scuola, il lavoro, le vacanze, la guerra, il coro? Un filmato completa la visita a un museo diverso da tutti gli altri, che mette in luce i valori umani e ci ricorda che "ogni vita è una luce".
