Chevalement de Folschviller – Folschviller

Une étrange tour métallique de 58 mètres de haut qui surgit dans le ciel. Unique en Lorraine, la "tour marteau" est indissociable du paysage du bassin houiller. Il s'agit de l'ancienne tour d'extraction de charbon de la cité de Fürst. Le chevalement est composé de deux compartiments d'extraction, avec deux machines au sommet. Construite en 1948, la tour est inscrite à l'inventaire supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques.

A strange 58-metre-high metal tower rising into the sky. Unique in Lorraine, the "hammer tower" is inseparable from the landscape of the coal basin. It is the former coal mining tower of the town of Fürst. The headframe consists of two mining compartments with two machines at the top. Built in 1948, the tower is listed in the supplementary inventory of Historical Monuments.

Ein seltsamer 58 Meter hoher Metallturm, der aus dem Himmel ragt. Der "Hammerturm" ist in Lothringen einzigartig und untrennbar mit der Landschaft des Kohlebeckens verbunden. Es handelt sich um den ehemaligen Turm zur Kohleförderung in der Siedlung Fürst. Der Förderturm besteht aus zwei Förderabteilen mit zwei Maschinen an der Spitze. Der 1948 erbaute Turm ist im Zusatzinventar der historischen Denkmäler eingetragen.

Een vreemde 58 meter hoge metalen toren die de lucht in gaat. De "hamertoren", uniek in Lotharingen, is onlosmakelijk verbonden met het landschap van het steenkoolgebied. Het is de voormalige kolenwinningstoren van de stad Fürst. Het hoofdframe bestaat uit twee afzuigcompartimenten, met bovenaan twee machines. De toren, gebouwd in 1948, is opgenomen in de aanvullende inventaris van historische monumenten.
