Complètement indépendant, le gîte se situe en bordure de l'ancien corps de ferme, avec un jardin arboré partiellement clos de près de 1 hectare : de quoi se dégourdir les jambes ou profiter des jeux à disposition ! A moins que vous ne partiez plus loin, sur les petits chemins de campagne. Belle région du Vexin Normand, entre Lyons-la-Forêt et sa magnifique hêtraie et, Les Andelys et ses bords de Seine. Sophie et Christophe vous parleront avec passion de leurs productions et du métier d'agriculteur. Entrée au RDC par la cuisine, côté jardin. Très bien équipée, elle est fonctionnelle et très sympa : jolie vue sur la campagne et le jardin. Juste à côté, une jolie pièce à vivre chaleureuse et cocoon, lumineuse car doublement exposée, avec un coin salon vraiment confortable devant la cheminée et la salle à manger. Une chambre double (160×200), salle d'eau privée avec une grande douche et un accès direct sur le jardin. Wc avec lave-main. A l'étage, 2 chambres dont 1 grande et lumineuse avec lit double en 180×200 séparable au besoin et un lit 1 pers. en 90×200, la 2nde avec le même lit double séparable ; parquetées, elles ont beaucoup de charme et offrent une jolie vue dégagée sur la campagne. Salle de bain spacieuse : baignoire avec coin douche, wc et table à langer. Grand jardin et abri couvert avec jeux : ping-pong, pétanque, croquet et balançoire. A deux pas, un distributeur de produits locaux géré par Sophie. La gare de Gaillon se situe à 20/30 minutes.

Jahrhundert in einem Zimmer, helle Farben, natürliche Materialien und alte Dekorationselemente. Die Unterkunft ist völlig unabhängig und befindet sich am Rande des ehemaligen Bauernhauses mit einem teilweise geschlossenen Garten mit Bäumen von fast 1 Hektar: Hier können Sie sich die Beine vertreten oder die vorhandenen Spiele nutzen! Es sei denn, Sie fahren weiter weg, auf den kleinen Landwegen. Die schöne Region Vexin Normand liegt zwischen Lyons-la-Forêt mit seinem herrlichen Buchenwald und Les Andelys mit seinem Seine-Ufer. Obergeschoss: 2 Schlafzimmer, davon 1 großes und helles mit Doppelbett (180×200), das bei Bedarf getrennt werden kann, und einem Einzelbett (90×200), das zweite mit demselben trennbaren Doppelbett; sie sind mit Parkett ausgelegt, haben viel Charme und bieten einen schönen freien Blick auf die Landschaft. Geräumiges Badezimmer: Badewanne mit Dusche, WC und Wickeltisch. Großer Garten und überdachter Unterstand mit Spielgeräten: Tischtennis, Boule, Krocket und Schaukel. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Automat mit lokalen Produkten, der von Sophie betrieben wird. Der Bahnhof von Gaillon ist 20/30 Minuten entfernt.

De gîte is volledig onafhankelijk en ligt aan de rand van de oude boerderij, met een gedeeltelijk omheinde tuin van bijna 1 hectare: genoeg ruimte om je benen te strekken of te genieten van de aanwezige spelletjes! Tenzij je verder weg wilt, langs de smalle landweggetjes. Dit is de prachtige streek Vexin Normand, tussen Lyons-la-Forêt met zijn prachtige beukenbos en Les Andelys met zijn oevers aan de Seine. Completamente independiente, la casa rural está situada al borde de la antigua granja, con un jardín parcialmente cerrado de casi 1 hectárea: ¡mucho espacio para estirar las piernas o disfrutar de los juegos disponibles! A menos que quiera ir más lejos, por los estrechos caminos rurales. Esta es la hermosa región de Vexin Normand, entre Lyons-la-Forêt y su magnífico hayedo, y Les Andelys y sus orillas del Sena. Completamente indipendente, il gîte si trova ai margini dell'antica casa colonica, con un giardino parzialmente recintato di quasi 1 ettaro: tanto spazio per sgranchirsi le gambe o divertirsi con i giochi a disposizione! A meno che non vogliate andare più lontano, lungo le strette stradine di campagna. Questa è la bellissima regione del Vexin Normand, tra Lyons-la-Forêt e la sua magnifica foresta di faggi, e Les Andelys e le sue rive della Senna.
