Le gîte avec son accès privatif, fait partie d' une ancienne ferme du 18ème siècle et comprend : Au rez-de-chaussée : une cuisine tout équipée, un salon avec poêle à granulés, un WC indépendant, une salle de bain ainsi qu’une chambre (deux lits de 90 x 200 assemblables au besoin) avec bureaux À l’étage : une chambre (un lit 160 x 200) avec un bureau, dressing. À l’extérieur : une terrasse, son jardin privatif avec son barbecue, salon de jardin, parasol ainsi que deux transats. Parking privatif de deux véhicules. Une connexion WIFI est disponible gracieusement. Linge de maison (lits, toilette et table) forfait ménage fournis et lits faits à l'arrivée sans supplément. Lit, chaise, matelas à langer et rehausseur WC pour bébé mis à disposition gracieusement. Animaux non admis. Gîte non-fumeur. Chauffage à granulés et électrique – charges non comprises : sur relevé de compteur selon consommation, au-delà des 8 kWh inclus par nuitée (0.21€ le kWh supplémentaire). The gîte, with its own private access, is part of an old 18th-century farmhouse and comprises : Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with pellet stove, separate toilet, bathroom and bedroom (two 90 x 200 beds that can be joined together if required) with desk First floor: bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed) with desk, dressing room. Die Gîte mit ihrem privaten Zugang ist Teil eines alten Bauernhauses aus dem 18: Im Erdgeschoss: eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Pelletofen, ein separates WC, ein Badezimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer (zwei Betten 90 x 200, die bei Bedarf zusammengestellt werden können) mit Schreibtisch Im Obergeschoss: ein Schlafzimmer (ein Bett 160 x 200) mit Schreibtisch, Ankleidezimmer. Draußen: Terrasse, privater Garten mit Grill, Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegestühlen. Privater Parkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge. Ein WIFI-Anschluss steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Hauswäsche (Betten, Toilette und Tisch), Reinigungspauschale und gemachte Betten bei der Ankunft ohne Aufpreis. Babybett, Stuhl, Wickelauflage und WC-Erhöhung stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Buiten: terras, privétuin met barbecue, tuinmeubilair, parasol en twee ligstoelen. Privé parkeerplaats voor twee auto's. WIFI verbinding gratis beschikbaar.
