Flutist Sylvain Roux joins forces with Syrian oud player Hareth Mhedi for a singular musical adventure. Together, they bring together two age-old traditions on a journey inspired by echoes of the past. Based on troubadour texts, they offer a free and lively reinterpretation, far removed from any fixed or nostalgic reconstitution. Buoyed by the poetry of words, the richness of melodies and the spirit of improvisation, they reconnect with the creative impetus of these artists of yesteryear, a source of continual inspiration.

Der Flötist Sylvain Roux schließt sich mit dem syrischen Oud-Spieler Hareth Mhedi zu einem einzigartigen musikalischen Abenteuer zusammen. Gemeinsam lassen sie zwei tausendjährige Traditionen in einen Dialog treten und begeben sich auf eine Reise, die von den Echos der Vergangenheit inspiriert ist.
