GAVILLON NICOLE – Héry

Le Domaine GAVILLON NICOLE travaille avec passion pour exprimer l'authenticité du terroir chablisien dans le respect de la tradition et de la nature. C'est lors d'un retour à ses sources bourguignonnes que Nicole GAVILLON se lance comme vigneronne à ;la soixantaine venue. Elle apporte une dynamique nouvelle à son vignoble de Maligny et ses vins avec l'introduction de la taille en biodynamie des vignes et de l'élevage en vin naturel au Domaine à Héry.

Domaine GAVILLON NICOLE works with passion to express the authenticity of the Chablis terroir while respecting tradition and nature. It was during a return to her Burgundy roots that Nicole GAVILLON launched her career as a winegrower in her sixties. She brought a new dynamic to her Maligny vineyard and her wines with the introduction of biodynamic pruning of the vines and natural wine maturing at the Domaine à Héry.

Die Domaine GAVILLON NICOLE arbeitet mit Leidenschaft, um die Authentizität des Terroirs von Chablis zum Ausdruck zu bringen und dabei die Tradition und die Natur zu respektieren. Nach einer Rückkehr zu ihren burgundischen Wurzeln begann Nicole GAVILLON mit Anfang 60 als Winzerin zu arbeiten. Sie brachte eine neue Dynamik in ihre Weinberge in Maligny und ihre Weine, indem sie den biodynamischen Rebschnitt und den Ausbau von Naturwein auf der Domaine in Héry einführte.

Domaine GAVILLON NICOLE werkt met passie om de authenticiteit van het terroir van Chablis tot uitdrukking te brengen met respect voor traditie en natuur. Het was tijdens een terugkeer naar haar Bourgondische roots dat Nicole GAVILLON haar carrière als wijnbouwer in de zestig lanceerde. Ze bracht een nieuwe dynamiek in haar Maligny wijngaard en haar wijnen met de introductie van biodynamisch snoeien van de wijnstokken en natuurlijke wijnrijping op het Domaine à Héry.

Fue durante un retorno a sus raíces borgoñonas cuando Nicole GAVILLON lanzó su carrera de viticultora a los sesenta años. Aportó una nueva dinámica a su viñedo de Maligny y a sus vinos con la introducción de la poda biodinámica de las viñas y la crianza natural de los vinos en el Domaine à Héry.

È stato durante il ritorno alle sue radici borgognone che Nicole GAVILLON ha avviato la sua carriera di viticoltrice a sessant'anni. Con l'introduzione della potatura biodinamica delle viti e della maturazione naturale dei vini presso il Domaine à Héry, Nicole GAVILLON ha apportato una nuova dinamica al suo vigneto di Maligny e ai suoi vini.
