Nathalie et Eric Boyer occupent la propriété depuis 2007 et cultivent 3,75 hectares de vignes en Moulin-A-Vent, un cru d’exception. Ils développent le projet ambitieux de redonner vie au château, à son parc et à ses dépendances comme autrefois avec un art de vivre en harmonie avec la nature. Après plusieurs années de viticulture raisonnée, ils décident de s’orienter de manière radicale vers la biodynamie et la production d’un vin nature, comme l’essence d’une terre célébrée et aimée en pleine conscience. Véritable lieu écologique et écoresponsable, le domaine du Château des Gimarets rassemblent des animaux utiles à l’entretien des terres avec leur mule, les moutons, les poules et il vibre aux sons de la musique lors de concerts et d’événements culturels variés au fil de l’année. Le Château possède également une Orangerie dans laquelle se déroule les dégustations.

Nathalie and Eric Boyer have occupied the property since 2007 and cultivate 3.75 hectares of vines in Moulin-A-Vent, an exceptional cru. They have developed an ambitious project to bring the château, its grounds and outbuildings back to life as they were in the past, with an art of living in harmony with nature. After several years of integrated viticulture, they decided to take a radical step towards biodynamic viticulture and the production of a natural wine, as the essence of a land celebrated and loved with full awareness. A truly ecological and eco-responsible place, the Château des Gimarets estate brings together animals useful for maintaining the land, such as mules, sheep and chickens, and it vibrates to the sounds of music at concerts and various cultural events throughout the year. The Château also has an Orangery where wine tastings take place.

Sie entwickelten das ehrgeizige Projekt, das Schloss, seinen Park und seine Nebengebäude wie früher mit einer Lebenskunst in Harmonie mit der Natur wiederzubeleben.
