Les vins dégustés et commentés sont accompagnés d’une projection 360°, sur les 4 murs de la salle, agrémentée d’une ambiance sonore amplifiant la sensation d’immersion. Chaque atelier s’organise autour d’un temps de dégustation de 3 à 5 vins. Quatre thématiques sont proposées ; Initiation à la dégustation, L’effet Millésime, Bourgogne, Vins de terroirs et Accords mets et vins, pour un tarif allant de 20 à 29 € ayant une durée de 40 minutes à 1 heure.

The wines tasted and commented on are accompanied by a 360° projection, on the 4 walls of the room, with a soundtrack that amplifies the sensation of immersion. Each workshop is organised around a tasting of 3 to 5 wines. Four themes are offered: Introduction to wine tasting, The vintage effect, Burgundy, Wines of the terroir and Food and wine pairing, for a price ranging from €20 to €29 and lasting from 40 minutes to 1 hour.

Die Weine, die verkostet und kommentiert werden, werden von einer 360°-Projektion begleitet, die auf den vier Wänden des Raumes zu sehen ist, und von einem Soundtrack begleitet, der das Gefühl des Eintauchens verstärkt. Cada taller se organiza en torno a una cata de 3 a 5 vinos. Se ofrecen cuatro temas: Introducción a la cata de vinos, El efecto añada, Borgoña, Vinos del terruño y Maridaje, por un precio que oscila entre los 20 y los 29 euros y una duración de entre 40 minutos y 1 hora.
