C'est un réseau associatif français de bibliothèques et médiathèques qui a pour bus de participer au développement de la lecture en assurant un service culturel et social de proximité dans tous les départements français. Tous les membres sont bénévoles.

It is a French associative network of libraries and mediatheques which has for bus to take part in the development of the reading by ensuring a cultural and social service of proximity in all the French departments. All members are volunteers.

Es handelt sich um ein französisches Vereinsnetz von Bibliotheken und Mediatheken, dessen Ziel es ist, zur Entwicklung des Lesens beizutragen, indem es in allen französischen Departements eine kulturelle und soziale Dienstleistung vor Ort gewährleistet. Alle Mitglieder sind ehrenamtlich tätig.

Het is een Frans associatief netwerk van bibliotheken en mediatheken met als doel deel te nemen aan de ontwikkeling van het lezen door een lokale culturele en sociale dienst aan te bieden in alle Franse departementen. Alle leden zijn vrijwilligers.
