C’est un des plus beaux et des plus grands étangs de la Brenne (100 ha) mais aussi le seul qui soit aménagé pour la pratique d’activités de loisirs. Il allie des équipements de loisirs susceptibles de satisfaire les goûts de toute la famille, à un site naturel préservé. L’étang principal propose une plage (baignade non surveillée) ainsi que des jeux pour enfants, des tables de pique-nique et un mini-golf ombragé. Il est possible de louer des kayaks-fun et des flotteurs à pédales et des paddles.
