L'étang du Perron – Saint-Gervais-du-Perron

Un concentré de nature Situé aux limites du Bassin parisien et du Massif armoricain dans un vallon humide, l’étang du Perron est bordé de prairies marécageuses et d’un talus boisé. Son intérêt écologique est lié à la végétation hygrophile et aquatique et aux nombreux insectes présents. Sentier balisé ouvert toute l'année. Bottes indispensables en période d'inondation. A discovery trail managed by the Conseil départemental de l'Orne, which owns the site, enabling it to be fully opened and its treasures to be explored. The path is lined with young trees that will soon form a beautiful bocage hedge. At the bottom of the slope, the lake is fed by a stream and a spring located beneath the railway line. All around, water-birds take advantage of the peaceful surroundings, protected by the large mounds of vegetation, known as tussocks, to raise their young or rest during migration. Continuing along the path, you enter a small hillside wood, a refuge for green and great spotted woodpeckers as well as mammals including badgers and roe deer. Marked path open all year round. Ein Konzentrat der Natur Der Étang du Perron liegt an der Grenze des Pariser Beckens und des Armorikanischen Massivs in einem feuchten Tal und wird von sumpfigen Wiesen und einer bewaldeten Böschung gesäumt. Sein ökologisches Interesse liegt in der hygrophilen und aquatischen Vegetation und den zahlreichen Insekten, die hier vorkommen. Markierter Wanderweg, der das ganze Jahr über geöffnet ist.
