Ce village médiéval doté d'anciennes fortifications sera l'occasion d'une visite pleine de caractère et de curiosités… La stèle anthropomorphe du Haut Moyen Age exécutée entre les VIIIème et Xème siècle ; c'est la plus ancienne crucifixion du département dixit Léo Barbé. Vous découvrirez aussi un ancien moulin à vent, une tour-pigeonnier et ses abords, l'église Saint-Amand, ancienne chapelle d'un prieuré clunisien restaurée au XIXème, le lavoir de Candélaire, diverses fontaines et puits dit "des Templiers". Vous pouvez également visiter le Jardin de Jeanne.

This medieval village with ancient fortifications will be the occasion for a visit full of character and curiosities… The anthropomorphic stele of the High Middle Ages executed between the VIIIth and Xth century; it is the oldest crucifixion of the department according to Léo Barbé. You will also discover an old windmill, a tower-dovecote and its surroundings, the church of Saint-Amand, former chapel of a Cluniac priory restored in the 19th century, the wash house of Candélaire, various fountains and a well known as "of the Templars". You can also visit Jeanne's garden.

Dieses mittelalterliche Dorf mit seinen alten Festungsanlagen bietet Gelegenheit zu einem Besuch voller Charakter und Kuriositäten… Die anthropomorphe Stele aus dem Hochmittelalter, die zwischen dem 8. und 10. Jahrhundert entstand, ist laut Leo Barbé die älteste Kreuzigung des Departements. Sie werden auch eine alte Windmühle, einen Taubenturm und seine Umgebung, die Kirche Saint-Amand, die ehemalige Kapelle eines Cluniazenserpriorats, die im 19. Jahrhundert restauriert wurde, den Waschplatz von Candélaire, verschiedene Brunnen und den sogenannten "Brunnen der Templer" entdecken. Sie können auch den Jardin de Jeanne besuchen.
