Théâtre Olympia – Arcachon

Le Théâtre Olympia règne depuis 140 ans sur la culture arcachonnaise. Les plus grands noms du spectacle s’y sont produits. Construit en 1873 comme théâtre à l’italienne, transformé en cinéma au début du XXème siècle, l’Olympia a été entièrement reconstruit entre 2003 et 2005. D'une capacité de 1000 places, le nouveau théâtre a su allier tradition et modernité.

The Olympia Theatre has reigned over the culture of Arcachon for 140 years. The biggest names in entertainment have performed there. Built in 1873 as an Italian-style theater, transformed into a movie theater at the beginning of the 20th century, the Olympia was entirely rebuilt between 2003 and 2005. With a capacity of 1000 seats, the new theater has combined tradition and modernity.

Das Olympia-Theater herrscht seit 140 Jahren über die Kultur Arcachons. Die größten Namen der Unterhaltungsbranche sind hier schon aufgetreten. Das Olympia wurde 1873 als Theater im italienischen Stil erbaut, Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts in ein Kino umgewandelt und zwischen 2003 und 2005 komplett umgebaut. Mit einer Kapazität von 1000 Plätzen hat das neue Theater Tradition und Moderne miteinander verbunden.

Gebouwd in 1873 als theater in Italiaanse stijl, aan het begin van de 20e eeuw omgebouwd tot bioscoop, werd het Olympia tussen 2003 en 2005 volledig herbouwd. Met een capaciteit van 1.000 zitplaatsen combineert het nieuwe theater traditie en moderniteit.
