STATUE SAINTE BARBE – Bussang

Au cours de la libération en 1944, lors des bombardements, l'église fut frappée par deux obus, tous les vitraux furent cassés….Tous , sauf celui représentant Saint Barbe, qui lui fut miraculeusement intact ….Les bussenets, habitants de Bussang, sous l'impulsion de l'Abée Vaché formulèrent alors ce voeux : "Si Bussang est épargné, en remerciement, nous monterons une statue de Sainte Barbe sur la montagne la plus haute de Bussang, au lieux-dit les Évaux." Il s'avéra que Bussang ne souffrit pas trop matériellement. Après le conflit, les habitants purent collecter du cuivre, bronze et autres matériaux pour réaliser cette statue. L'inauguration eut lieu le 3 octobre 1948. Sainte Barbe n'est accessible qu'à pied. Un sentier de randonnée vous conduit depuis le centre du village jusqu'à la statue, ça grimpe un peu mais la vue sur le village vaut l'effort fourni ! During the liberation in 1944, during the bombing, the church was hit by two shells, all the stained glass windows were broken…. All except the one representing Saint Barbara, which was miraculously intact …. The bussenets, inhabitants of Bussang, under the impulse of the Abée Vaché then formulated this wish: "If Bussang is spared, as a thanksgiving, we will mount a statue of Saint Barbara on the highest mountain of Bussang, at the place called the Horses." As it turned out, Bussang didn't suffer too materially. After the conflict, the inhabitants were able to collect copper, bronze and other materials to make the statue. The inauguration took place on October 3, 1948. Saint Barbara is only accessible on foot. A footpath leads you from the centre of the village to the statue, it climbs a little but the view on the village is worth the effort! A description of how to get there is downloadable below. Während der Befreiung 1944 wurde die Kirche bei den Bombenangriffen von zwei Granaten getroffen, alle Fenster gingen zu Bruch….Tous , außer dem Fenster mit der Darstellung der Heiligen Barbara, das wie durch ein Wunder unversehrt blieb ….Die Bussenets, Einwohner von Bussang, formulierten unter der Leitung von Abée Vaché folgenden Wunsch: "Wenn Bussang verschont bleibt, werden wir zum Dank eine Statue der Heiligen Barbara auf dem höchsten Berg von Bussang, am Ort Les Évaux, errichten." Es stellte sich heraus, dass Bussang materiell nicht allzu sehr gelitten hatte. Nach dem Konflikt konnten die Einwohner Kupfer, Bronze und andere Materialien sammeln, um die Statue zu bauen. Die Einweihung fand am 3. Oktober 1948 statt. Sainte Barbe ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Wanderweg führt Sie von der Dorfmitte bis zur Statue. Es geht ein wenig bergauf, aber die Aussicht auf das Dorf ist die Anstrengung wert! Eine Beschreibung, wie Sie dorthin gelangen, können Sie unten herunterladen. Tijdens de bevrijding in 1944, tijdens de bombardementen, werd de kerk getroffen door twee granaten, alle glas-in-loodramen waren kapot…., behalve het glas-in-loodraam dat Sint Barbe voorstelt, dat wonderbaarlijk intact bleef …. De Bussenets, inwoners van Bussang, formuleerden onder impuls van Abée Vaché deze wens: "Als Bussang gespaard blijft, zullen we als dank een standbeeld van Sint Barbe op de hoogste berg van Bussang zetten, op de plaats die les Évaux heet" Het bleek dat Bussang niet al te veel materieel leed. Na het conflict konden de inwoners koper, brons en andere materialen verzamelen om het beeld te maken. De inhuldiging vond plaats op 3 oktober 1948. Sainte Barbe is alleen te voet bereikbaar. Een voetpad leidt u van het centrum van het dorp naar het standbeeld. Het is even klimmen, maar het uitzicht over het dorp is de moeite waard! Durante la liberación en 1944, durante los bombardeos, la iglesia fue alcanzada por dos proyectiles, todas las vidrieras se rompieron…., excepto la que representa a Santa Barbe, que quedó milagrosamente intacta …. Los Bussenets, habitantes de Bussang, bajo el impulso de Abée Vaché, formularon este deseo: "Si Bussang se salva, como agradecimiento, montaremos una estatua de Santa Barbe en la montaña más alta de Bussang, en el lugar llamado les Évaux" Resultó que Bussang no sufrió demasiado materialmente. Tras el conflicto, los habitantes pudieron recoger cobre, bronce y otros materiales para hacer la estatua. La inauguración tuvo lugar el 3 de octubre de 1948. Sólo se puede acceder a Sainte Barbe a pie. Desde el centro del pueblo hay un sendero que lleva a la estatua, y aunque hay que subir un poco, la vista sobre el pueblo merece la pena A continuación se puede descargar una descripción de cómo llegar. I Bussenet, abitanti di Bussang, sotto l'impulso di Abée Vaché, formularono questo desiderio: "Se Bussang sarà risparmiata, come ringraziamento, monteremo una statua di Santa Barbe sulla montagna più alta di Bussang, nel luogo chiamato les Évaux" Alla fine Bussang non ha sofferto troppo dal punto di vista materiale. Dopo il conflitto, gli abitanti poterono raccogliere rame, bronzo e altri materiali per realizzare la statua. L'inaugurazione avvenne il 3 ottobre 1948. Sainte Barbe è raggiungibile solo a piedi.
