PIGEONNIER DE LA MAIRIE – Giey-sur-Aujon

Derrière le bâtiment de la mairie se remarque une haute tour accolée à l’édifice. Couverte en laves, cette tour abrite dans sa partie supérieure un pigeonnier comprenant 323 boulins en pierre. L’aller-retour des pigeons s’effectuait par une lucarne en plein cintre munie d’une plage d’envol.

Behind the town hall stands a tall tower. Covered in stoneware, the upper part of this tower houses a dovecote with 323 stone bolts. The pigeons flew in and out of the loft through a round-arched dormer with a flight platform.

Hinter dem Rathausgebäude fällt ein hoher Turm auf, der an das Gebäude angebaut ist. Der Turm ist mit Lavasteinen gedeckt und beherbergt in seinem oberen Teil einen Taubenschlag mit 323 steinernen Boulins. Der Hin- und Rückflug der Tauben erfolgte durch eine Rundbogenluke mit einem Flugdeck.

Achter het stadhuis staat een hoge toren die aan het gebouw vastzit. Het bovenste deel van deze toren, bedekt met steen, herbergt een duiventil met 323 stenen grendels. De duiven werden in- en uitgevlogen via een rondboogdakkapel met een vliegplatform.

Detrás del ayuntamiento se alza una alta torre adosada al edificio. Revestida de piedra, la parte superior de esta torre alberga un palomar con 323 cerrojos de piedra. Las palomas entraban y salían volando por una ventana abuhardillada de arco redondo con una plataforma de vuelo.

Dietro il municipio si erge un'alta torre annessa all'edificio. Rivestita in pietra, la parte superiore di questa torre ospita una colombaia con 323 chiavistelli in pietra. I piccioni entravano e uscivano attraverso un abbaino con arco a tutto sesto e una piattaforma di volo.
