The famous hazelnut cake "Le Creusois" is one of the gastronomic symbols of our department. The original recipe is said to have been discovered in the former Bonshommes monastery. You can find this delicious cake in any of the artisan bakeries belonging to the "Le Creusois" association. Its success has also inspired many mass-market industrial cakes, and some still claim that its origins lie in our commune.
