Au cœur d'un jardin de sculptures, le LAAC défie le ciel avec son architecture étonnante en céramique blanche. Il conserve une très riche collection des années 1950 à 1980 : Karel Appel, Arman, César, Eugène Leroy, Andy Warhol… Les œuvres sont présentées alternativement en fonction du programme d'expositions. Dans le même temps, le vaste cabinet d'arts graphiques vous permet de composer votre visite à votre gré : ouvrez les nombreux tiroirs et admirez plus de 150 dessins et estampes. Parallèlement aux expositions temporaires, le LAAC s'ouvre largement à la création actuelle et aux arts visuels : performances, installations, promenades musicales ou chorégraphiques, lectures, vidéos… Avec le Fonds Régional d’Art Contemporain, FRAC, tout proche, il constitue un pôle d’excellence en art contemporain.

In the heart of a sculpture garden, the LAAC defies the sky with its astonishing white ceramic architecture. It holds a very rich collection from the 1950s to the 1980s: Karel Appel, Arman, César, Eugène Leroy, Andy Warhol… The works are presented alternately according to the exhibition program. At the same time, the vast graphic arts cabinet allows you to compose your visit as you wish: open the many drawers and admire more than 150 drawings and prints. In parallel to the temporary exhibitions, the LAAC opens widely to the current creation and to the visual arts: performances, installations, musical or choreographic walks, readings, videos… With the nearby Regional Fund of Contemporary Art, FRAC, it constitutes a pole of excellence in contemporary art.

Inmitten eines Skulpturengartens trotzt das LAAC mit seiner erstaunlichen Architektur aus weißer Keramik dem Himmel. Es beherbergt eine sehr reiche Sammlung aus den 1950er bis 1980er Jahren: Karel Appel, Arman, César, Eugène Leroy, Andy Warhol…. Die Werke werden abwechselnd entsprechend dem Ausstellungsprogramm präsentiert. Gleichzeitig können Sie im großen Grafikkabinett Ihren Besuch nach Belieben zusammenstellen: Öffnen Sie die zahlreichen Schubladen und bewundern Sie über 150 Zeichnungen und Drucke. Parallel zu den Wechselausstellungen öffnet sich das LAAC weitgehend dem aktuellen Kunstschaffen und den visuellen Künsten: Performances, Installationen, musikalische oder choreografische Spaziergänge, Lesungen, Videos… Zusammen mit dem nahe gelegenen Fonds Régional d'Art Contemporain, FRAC, bildet es ein Exzellenzzentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst.

Het herbergt een zeer rijke collectie van de jaren 1950 tot 1980: Karel Appel, Arman, César, Eugène Leroy, Andy Warhol… De werken worden afwisselend gepresenteerd volgens het tentoonstellingsprogramma. Tegelijkertijd kunt u in het grote kabinet voor grafische kunst uw bezoek naar eigen inzicht samenstellen: open de vele laden en bewonder meer dan 150 tekeningen en prenten. Naast de tijdelijke tentoonstellingen staat het LAAC ook open voor actuele creaties en beeldende kunst: voorstellingen, installaties, muzikale of choreografische wandelingen, lezingen, video's… Samen met het nabijgelegen Fonds Régional d'Art Contemporain, FRAC, vormt het een kenniscentrum voor hedendaagse kunst.
