Ein Flachrelief im Mittelteil stellt die Taube des Heiligen Geistes in einer Wolkenwindung dar, aus der Sonnenstrahlen austreten. Es diente den Truppen während des Krieges 1914 -1918. Das Gebäude ist als historisches Denkmal eingetragen. Der Zugang für die breite Öffentlichkeit ist nicht gestattet. Nur von außen sichtbar.
