Cette collection exceptionnelle et unique, issue de l’héritage de la famille de Vilmorin, se découvre le long de 2 parcours. Ouvert un week-en sur 2 de Pâques à la Toussaint. Come and enjoy a jam-packed day amongst the trees, where you can smell the leaves and touch the bark! Choose from 3 circuits for a fun and educational exploration of the world of trees, forests and woodland: travel across 5 continents with the oldest collection in the arboretum (first species planted in 1873) and the "Continentalis" circuit; the "Bizarretum" circuit enables you to discover the mysterious and strange creations of nature and the "Classifica" circuit will arouse all your senses, from spring to autumn. A unique and exceptional discovery to experience as a family or for nature lovers, through a programme of themed workshops and activities: ARBO KIDS (for children aged 6+) and ARBO FAMILLE (family day with circuits and tours included…)

Mit mehr als 2600 majestätischen, seltenen oder ungewöhnlichen Arten bietet das Arboretum national des Barres in einer 25 Hektar großen Naturlandschaft (10 Hektar davon sind für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität zugänglich) eine der reichsten europäischen Sammlungen von Bäumen und Sträuchern aus allen 5 Kontinenten. Diese außergewöhnliche und einzigartige Sammlung, die aus dem Erbe der Familie de Vilmorin hervorgegangen ist, kann entlang von 2 Rundgängen entdeckt werden. Von Ostern bis Allerheiligen jedes zweite Wochenende geöffnet. An jedem Öffnungstag wird um 15 Uhr eine geführte Tour angeboten, deren Thema sich im Laufe der Monate ändert. Nutzen Sie auch den Mini-Kunsthandwerkermarkt, darunter ein Partner-Baumschulgärtner, und den Minigolfplatz!
