Un olivier planté au centre de la véranda dit mieux que de longs discours sur la sincérité de la cuisine à l'huile d'olive (pressée au moulin d'Eguilles) pratiquée dans ce grand établissement-jardin à l'écart du centre-ville. Pelouse, massifs fleuris, terrasse végétalisée, Lautraix Restaurant respire le grand air et ouvre l'appétit. La carte est riche en commentaires instructifs sur l'origine des produits travaillés. C'est simple comme du bon pain, ou une magnifique viande grillée.

An olive tree planted in the centre of the veranda says more than long speeches about the sincerity of the olive oil cuisine (pressed at the Eguilles mill) practised in this large garden establishment away from the town centre. Lawn, flowerbeds, terrace with plants, Lautraix Restaurant breathes fresh air and whets the appetite. The menu is rich in instructive comments on the origin of the products worked. It's as simple as good bread, or a magnificent grilled meat.

Gazon, bloemperken, terras met planten, restaurant Lautraix ademt frisse lucht en wekt de eetlust op. Het menu is rijk aan leerzame commentaren over de herkomst van de bewerkte producten. Het is zo simpel als goed brood, of prachtig gegrild vlees.
