Il comprend une chambre avec un lit 140 x 200 cm et une salle d'eau ouverte sur la chambre avec un lavabo et une douche à l'italienne. WC indépendant, accessibles depuis le salon. Une machine à laver est disponible dans le logement. Lit bébé et chaise haute sur demande. Le canapé est convertible, permettant d'avoir un couchage d'appoint dans le salon pour 2 personnes. Nous portons votre attention sur le fait que le cours d'eau et la mare ne sont pas sécurisés.. Il incombe aux locataires de prendre garde à la sécurité de l'espace extérieur en cas de présence de jeunes enfants.  Mise à disposition d'une table de ping-pong, d'un jeu de fléchette et d'un terrain de pétanque en partage avec le gîte 10 personnes. Un large parking privé est accessible à l'entrée de la ferme. Between Dijon and the gates of the Morvan, a stone's throw from the Burgundy canal and Pouilly en Auxois, Le Moulin gîte opens its doors to you in the heart of the farm. Damien will be delighted to share his farming experience with you, in the company of his hens, who may come to visit you! This single-storey gîte comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa for 2/3 people and a dining table that can seat up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and an open-plan shower room with a washbasin and walk-in shower. The WC is separate and accessible from the lounge. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. Cot and high chair available on request. The sofa converts into a bed for 2 people in the living room. Please contact the Gîtes de France booking agency or the owners if you wish to use this extra bed. A terrace adjoins the living room, with garden furniture for 4 people and 2 sun loungers. There is also a plancha grill. The gîte also has a 400 m² garden overlooking a small river and a pond. Please note that the river and pond are not secure.
