Le gîte La Maison du Contremaître est totalement indépendante et vous offre une superficie de 100 m2. Elle est accessible depuis une entrée discrète sur le côté. Parking privé de 5 places destinés aux clients des gîtes et chambre d'hôtes. A l’arrière, vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse: ensoleillée la journée, un grand parasol est à votre disposition pour optimiser votre espace temps. Totalement éclairée, vous pourrez en profitez jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Le gîte possède une belle cheminée fonctionnelle dans le salon. A l’étage, une des deux chambres comporte un lit de 160 x 200, et l’autre des lits jumeaux de 90 x 190 qui peuvent formés un lit double. La literie est d’une grande qualité pour assurer un sommeil et un repos idéal. La salle d'eau est attenante et dispose de toilette intégré (les deuxièmes toilettes se situent au rez-de-chaussée et sont indépendantes). Une magnifique cave voûtée (accessible depuis la maison) a été aménagée pour vous permettre d’organiser quelques soirées exceptionnelles. Aux chandelles, pour l’apéritif au frais ou pour déguster des vins que vous aurez déniché dans la journée… cet espace est à la disposition de votre créativité ! Profitez de notre piscine à débordement, avec vue panoramique sur le canal du Nivernais, les toits de Chevroches et les contreforts du Morvan. There is one bedroom with a 160×200 bed overlooking the Canal du Nivernais, which can be accessed via an outside staircase with a small balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin 90×190 beds. 2 vaulted cellars accessible either from the outside or from the inside of the main room via a motorised glass hatch: 1 cellar with washing machine, additional fridge with freezer, bread oven and stone fireplace with open hearth, another cellar that can be used for meals or tastings and storage for household items. A terrace with garden furniture and parasol, barbecue and lighting is located at the rear of the house, with no overlooked neighbours, and another terrace with garden furniture in front of the house. The access ramps lead to the 2,000 m² of landscaped, unfenced garden, from which you have an uninterrupted view of the Canal du Nivernais and the rooftops of the village. At the bottom of the garden is a large, protected well, where you will find an orientation table overlooking the foothills of the Morvan. 2 private, protected parking spaces. De aangrenzende doucheruimte heeft een geïntegreerd toilet (het tweede toilet bevindt zich op de begane grond en is onafhankelijk). En la parte trasera, podrá disfrutar de la terraza: soleada durante el día, una gran sombrilla está a su disposición para optimizar su tiempo. Totalmente iluminada, podrá disfrutar de ella hasta altas horas de la noche. La casa rural dispone de una bonita chimenea en el salón. Arriba, uno de los dos dormitorios tiene una cama de 160 x 200, y el otro tiene dos camas gemelas de 90 x 190 que se pueden convertir en una cama doble. La ropa de cama es de la más alta calidad para garantizar una noche ideal de sueño y descanso. El cuarto de baño con ducha tiene un aseo integrado (el segundo aseo está en la planta baja y es independiente). Una magnífica bodega abovedada (accesible desde la casa) ha sido acondicionada para permitirle organizar veladas excepcionales. Al piano superiore, una delle due camere da letto ha un letto di 160 x 200 e l'altra ha due letti singoli di 90 x 190 che possono essere trasformati in un letto matrimoniale. La biancheria da letto è di altissima qualità per garantire un sonno e un riposo ideali. Il bagno con doccia è dotato di una toilette integrata (la seconda toilette si trova al piano terra ed è indipendente). Una magnifica cantina a volta (accessibile dalla casa) è stata trasformata per permettervi di organizzare serate eccezionali.
