LE HAMEAU DE LA FOUQUIERE est un lieu typique du bocage ornais situé au cœur de la Normandie. Autour d'une salle de réception climatisée, de 160 m2 décorée avec goût, lumineuse et confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 150 personnes. 7 gîtes sont répartis en village et peuvent recevoir jusqu'à 80 personnes dont 4 sont classés en 1* " Meublé de Tourisme". LE HAMEAU DE LA FOUQUIERE, c'est aussi une piscine chauffée, un SPA intérieur, un hébergement insolite : une cabane sur l'île au centre de l'étang, un élevage de chevaux de sport "selle français", plusieurs hectares de bocage composé d'un verger de 70 pommiers hautes tiges, de chemins creux bordés de haies, de bois et de prairies où pâturent de nombreux chevaux et poulains. La salle et les gîtes sont loués pour les week-ends à l'occasion de mariage, de fêtes de famille et autres évènements. Nous proposons la location des gîtes pour des séjours de vacances du lundi au vendredi. La salle de réception climatisée, de 160 m2, est complètement équipée, avec tout le mobilier, une cuisine professionnelle et des sanitaires aux normes pour les personnes handicapées-moteur. Le décor sobre et de bon goût s'adapte à toutes vos réceptions et peut être modifié pour pouvoir y ajouter votre touche personnelle. L'éclairage indirect, les tentures au plafond, les grandes baies vitrées orientées ouest assurent une luminosité exceptionnelle et font de cette salle un haut lieu de réceptions, réputé dans toute la région. Les gîtes, à proximité immédiate, permettent de coucher vos invités, leur évitant ainsi de reprendre la route après la fête. Vous pourrez accéder à la salle pour préparer votre décoration dès le vendredi (voire le jeudi) et vous rendrez les clés le dimanche soir ou le lundi si vous le souhaitez…..tout cela sans supplément !!!! Il n'y a pas d'heure limite pour la fin de soirée, pas de droit de bouchon, pas de traiteur imposé.

LE HAMEAU DE LA FOUQUIERE is also a heated swimming pool, an indoor SPA, an unusual accommodation: a hut on the island in the center of the pond, a breeding of sport horses "French saddle", several hectares of bocage composed of an orchard of 70 high apple trees, hollow ways lined with hedges, woods and meadows where many horses and foals graze. The hall and the gîtes are rented for weekends for weddings, family celebrations and other events. The gîtes can be rented for vacations from Monday to Friday. The 160 m2 air-conditioned reception room is fully equipped with all the furniture, a professional kitchen and sanitary facilities for the handicapped. The sober and tasteful décor is suitable for all your receptions and can be modified to add your personal touch. Indirect lighting, ceiling hangings, and large west-facing windows ensure exceptional luminosity and make this room a popular venue for receptions throughout the region. The cottages, in the immediate vicinity, allow you to sleep your guests, thus avoiding them to take the road after the party. You will be able to access the room to prepare your decorations as early as Friday (or even Thursday) and you will be able to return the keys on Sunday evening or on Monday if you wish? all this without any extra charge !!!! There is no time limit for the end of the evening, no corkage fee, no caterer imposed.

Rund um einen klimatisierten, geschmackvoll dekorierten, hellen und komfortablen Empfangssaal von 160 m2, der bis zu 150 Personen aufnehmen kann. 7 Ferienhäuser sind im Dorf verteilt und können bis zu 80 Personen beherbergen, 4 davon sind als 1* "Meublé de Tourisme" klassifiziert. LE HAMEAU DE LA FOUQUIERE, das sind auch ein beheiztes Schwimmbad, ein Wellnessbereich im Haus, eine ungewöhnliche Unterkunft: eine Hütte auf einer Insel in der Mitte des Teichs, eine Zucht von Sportpferden "selle français", mehrere Hektar Heckenlandschaft, bestehend aus einem Obstgarten mit 70 hochstämmigen Apfelbäumen, von Hecken gesäumten Hohlwegen, Wäldern und Wiesen, auf denen zahlreiche Pferde und Fohlen weiden. Der Saal und die Gîtes werden für Wochenenden anlässlich von Hochzeiten, Familienfeiern und anderen Veranstaltungen vermietet. Die Gîtes können von Montag bis Freitag für Ferienaufenthalte gemietet werden. Der klimatisierte, 160 m2 große Festsaal ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allen Möbeln, einer professionellen Küche und Sanitäranlagen, die den Normen für Menschen mit motorischen Behinderungen entsprechen. Die schlichte und geschmackvolle Einrichtung passt sich allen Ihren Empfängen an und kann verändert werden, um Ihre persönliche Note hinzufügen zu können. Die indirekte Beleuchtung, die Deckenbehänge und die großen, nach Westen ausgerichteten Fenster sorgen für eine außergewöhnliche Helligkeit und machen diesen Saal zu einem in der ganzen Region bekannten Ort für Empfänge. In den Gîtes, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden, können Ihre Gäste übernachten, sodass sie sich nach der Feier nicht wieder auf den Weg machen müssen. Sie können den Saal bereits am Freitag (oder Donnerstag) betreten, um Ihre Dekoration vorzubereiten, und Sie geben die Schlüssel am Sonntagabend oder Montag ab, wenn Sie es wünschen… alles ohne Aufpreis !!!! Es gibt kein Zeitlimit für das Ende des Abends, kein Korkgeld und keinen vorgeschriebenen Caterer.

LE HAMEAU DE LA FOUQUIERE heeft ook een verwarmd zwembad, een overdekte spa, ongewone accommodaties: een hut op het eiland in het midden van de vijver, een fokkerij van Franse rijpaarden, verschillende hectaren omheinde landbouwgrond met een boomgaard van 70 hoge appelbomen, holle wegen omzoomd door heggen, bossen en weiden waar talloze paarden en veulens grazen. De zaal en gîtes worden in het weekend verhuurd voor bruiloften, familiefeesten en andere evenementen. De gîtes zijn ook beschikbaar voor vakantieverhuur van maandag tot vrijdag. De ontvangstruimte van 160 m2 met airconditioning is volledig uitgerust, met al het meubilair, een professionele keuken en sanitair dat voldoet aan de normen voor mensen met een motorische handicap. De sobere, smaakvolle inrichting is geschikt voor al uw recepties en kan worden aangepast om uw eigen persoonlijke touch toe te voegen. Indirecte verlichting, plafondhangers en grote ramen op het westen zorgen voor een uitzonderlijke lichtinval, waardoor deze ruimte een populaire locatie is voor recepties in de hele regio. De nabijgelegen gîtes bieden slaapgelegenheid voor je gasten, zodat ze na het feest niet weer op pad hoeven. Je krijgt toegang tot de zaal om je decoraties voor te bereiden vanaf vrijdag (of zelfs donderdag) en je kunt de sleutels teruggeven op zondagavond of maandag als je dat wilt… allemaal zonder extra kosten !!!! Er is geen tijdslimiet voor het einde van de avond, geen kurkengeld en geen cateringvereisten.

En torno a una sala de recepción climatizada de 160 m2, decorada con gusto, luminosa y confortable, que puede acoger hasta 150 personas. 7 casas rurales están repartidas por el pueblo y pueden acoger hasta 80 personas, 4 de ellas clasificadas como 1* "Meublé de Tourisme". LE HAMEAU DE LA FOUQUIERE también cuenta con una piscina climatizada, un spa interior, alojamientos insólitos: una cabaña en la isla en el centro del estanque, una granja de cría de caballos de silla franceses, varias hectáreas de tierras de cultivo con setos y un huerto de 70 manzanos altos, senderos hundidos bordeados de setos, bosques y prados donde pastan numerosos caballos y potros. El pabellón y las casas rurales se alquilan los fines de semana para bodas, celebraciones familiares y otros eventos. Las casas rurales también están disponibles para alquileres vacacionales de lunes a viernes. La sala de recepción, de 160 m2 y climatizada, está totalmente equipada, con todo el mobiliario, una cocina profesional e instalaciones sanitarias que cumplen las normas para personas con discapacidad motriz. La decoración, sobria y de buen gusto, se adapta a todas sus recepciones y puede modificarse para darle su toque personal. La iluminación indirecta, las colgaduras del techo y las grandes ventanas orientadas al oeste proporcionan una luz excepcional, lo que hace de esta sala un lugar popular para recepciones en toda la región. Las casas rurales cercanas ofrecen alojamiento a sus invitados, para que no tengan que volver a ponerse en camino después de la fiesta. ¡¡¡¡Podrá acceder a la sala para preparar su decoración a partir del viernes (o incluso el jueves) y devolver las llaves el domingo por la noche o el lunes si lo desea… todo ello sin coste adicional !!!! No hay límite de tiempo para el final de la velada, no se cobra descorche y no hay requisitos de catering.

LE HAMEAU DE LA FOUQUIERE dispone anche di una piscina riscaldata, di un centro benessere interno, di alloggi insoliti: una capanna sull'isola al centro dello stagno, di un allevamento di cavalli da sella francesi, di diversi ettari di terreno agricolo con siepe e di un frutteto di 70 meli ad alto fusto, di viottoli incassati delimitati da siepi, di boschi e prati dove pascolano numerosi cavalli e puledri. La sala e gli appartamenti vengono affittati nei fine settimana per matrimoni, feste di famiglia e altri eventi. Le gîtes sono disponibili anche per affitti turistici dal lunedì al venerdì. La sala ricevimenti climatizzata di 160 m2 è completamente attrezzata, con tutti i mobili, una cucina professionale e servizi igienici conformi alle norme per le persone con disabilità motorie. L'arredamento sobrio e di buon gusto è adatto a tutti i vostri ricevimenti e può essere modificato per aggiungere il vostro tocco personale. L'illuminazione indiretta, i tendaggi sul soffitto e le grandi finestre rivolte a ovest garantiscono un'illuminazione eccezionale, rendendo questa sala un luogo popolare per i ricevimenti in tutta la regione. Le vicine gîtes offrono una sistemazione per i vostri ospiti, in modo che non debbano rimettersi in viaggio dopo la festa. Potrete accedere alla sala per preparare le decorazioni a partire dal venerdì (o anche dal giovedì) e restituire le chiavi la domenica sera o il lunedì se lo desiderate… il tutto senza alcun costo aggiuntivo !!!! Non c'è limite di tempo per la fine della serata, non c'è tassa sul corkage e non c'è obbligo di catering.
