Aux portes de la Normandie, cette élégante dépendance du château voisin a conservé tout le caractère typique de cette jolie région de la vallée de l'Avre. C'est aujourd'hui une maison de vacances sympa, chaleureuse et originale, aménagée dans l'esprit d'un grand loft aux accents contemporains ; le résultat : beaucoup d'espace grâce à des pièces de vie ouvertes et une déco actuelle, tout en blanc lumineux réhaussé de jolies touches de couleurs. D'un très bon confort, le gîte est bien équipé et vraiment agréable à vivre ; indépendant, il offre partout des vues superbes sur la campagne avec les champs à perte de vue. Egalement un grand jardin clos de murs, rien que pour vous, et un préau qui sera aux beaux jours une vraie pièce supplémentaire. Vos balades vous mèneront jusqu'à l'Avre, juste en contrebas, ou un peu plus loin à Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton au riche patrimoine architectural. Carla et Jonathan, vos voisins, sauront vous guider vers les nombreux loisirs et bons plans alentours. Maison indépendante dont le premier niveau est surrélevé : depuis le perron, entrée sur la cuisine salle-à-manger très bien équipée avec l'espace repas confortable. L'escalier mène à l'étage mansardé à un palier qui ouvre sur le salon, sympa avec son grand canapé d'angle. D'un côté, la grande chambre, tout en blanc, avec un lit double en 160×200. De l'autre, quelques marches redescendent à 2 chambres : l'une pour 2 personnes, en twin (90×200) et l'autre pour une personne avec un lit en 140×190. Salle d'eau avec une grande douche ; les wc sont indépendants. Vous profitez d'un grand préau joliment aménagé avec un espace repas et barbecue. Le grand jardin est entièrement clos de murs et privatif (environ 1700 m²). Côté jeux : ballon, ping-pong et fléchettes. Pour le bien-être de tous, merci de fumer à l'extérieur.

At the gateway to Normandy, this elegant outbuilding of the neighboring château has retained all the typical character of this pretty region in the Avre valley. Today, it's a fun, warm and original vacation home, furnished in the spirit of a large loft with contemporary accents; the result: lots of space thanks to open-plan living areas and a contemporary decor, all in luminous white enhanced by pretty touches of color. Very comfortable, the gîte is well-equipped and really pleasant to live in; independent, it offers superb views over the countryside with fields as far as the eye can see. There's also a large walled garden, just for you, and a courtyard that can be used as an extra room in fine weather. Your walks will take you as far as the Avre, just below, or a little further to Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton, with its rich architectural heritage. Carla and Jonathan, your neighbors, will be happy to guide you to the many leisure activities and good places to go in the area. A detached house with a raised second floor: from the porch, you enter the well-equipped kitchen-dining room with its comfortable dining area. The staircase leads up to the attic floor to a landing that opens onto the living room with its large corner sofa. On one side is the large bedroom, all in white, with a 160×200 double bed. On the other, a few steps lead down to 2 bedrooms: one for 2 people, a twin (90×200) and the other for one person with a 140×190 bed. Bathroom with large shower; separate toilet. There's a large, nicely landscaped courtyard with a dining area and barbecue. The large walled garden (approx. 1700 m²) is entirely private. Games include ball, table tennis and darts. For everyone's well-being, please do not smoke outside.

Heute ist es ein sympathisches, gemütliches und originelles Ferienhaus, das im Stil eines großen Lofts mit zeitgenössischen Akzenten eingerichtet ist; das Ergebnis: viel Platz dank der offenen Wohnräume und einer aktuellen Dekoration, ganz in leuchtendem Weiß, das durch hübsche Farbakzente aufgewertet wird. Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel, gut ausgestattet und wirklich angenehm zu bewohnen; sie ist freistehend und bietet überall einen herrlichen Blick auf die Landschaft mit Feldern, soweit das Auge reicht. Außerdem gibt es einen großen, ummauerten Garten, der nur für Sie da ist, und einen Innenhof, der an schönen Tagen zu einem echten Zusatzraum wird. Ihre Spaziergänge können Sie bis zum Fluss Avre führen, der etwas unterhalb liegt, oder etwas weiter nach Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton mit seinem reichen architektonischen Erbe. Carla und Jonathan, Ihre Nachbarn, werden Sie zu den zahlreichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten und guten Tipps in der Umgebung führen. Er is ook een grote ommuurde tuin, alleen voor jou, en een overdekte binnenplaats die bij mooi weer als extra kamer kan worden gebruikt. Je wandelingen brengen je tot aan de rivier de Avre, net onder je, of iets verder naar Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton, met zijn rijke architecturale erfgoed. Carla en Jonathan, je buren, kunnen je wegwijs maken in de vele vrijetijdsactiviteiten en leuke plekjes in de omgeving. Er is een doucheruimte met een grote douche en een apart toilet. Er is een grote, mooi aangelegde binnenplaats met een eethoek en barbecue. De grote tuin (ca. 1700 m²) is volledig omheind en privé. Spelletjes zijn onder andere bal, tafeltennis en darts. Voor ieders welzijn, gelieve niet buiten te roken.

La casa rural es muy confortable, está bien equipada y es muy agradable para vivir. Es independiente, con unas vistas magníficas sobre el campo y los campos hasta donde alcanza la vista. También hay un gran jardín amurallado, sólo para usted, y un patio cubierto que se puede utilizar como una habitación extra cuando hace buen tiempo. Sus paseos le llevarán hasta el río Avre, justo debajo, o un poco más lejos hasta Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton, con su rico patrimonio arquitectónico. Carla y Jonathan, sus vecinos, podrán orientarle sobre las numerosas actividades de ocio y los buenos lugares de la zona. Esta casa unifamiliar tiene un primer piso elevado: desde el porche, se accede a la cocina-comedor, bien equipada y con una cómoda zona de comedor. La escalera conduce a la planta abuhardillada, a un rellano que se abre al salón, con su gran sofá esquinero. A un lado se encuentra el gran dormitorio, todo en blanco, con una cama de matrimonio de 160×200. En el otro lado, unos escalones conducen a 2 habitaciones: una para 2 personas, una doble (90×200) y la otra para una persona con una cama de 140×190. Hay un cuarto de baño con una gran ducha y WC separado. Hay un gran patio, bellamente ajardinado con una zona de comedor y barbacoa. El gran jardín (aprox. 1700 m²) está totalmente cerrado y es privado. Los juegos incluyen pelota, tenis de mesa y dardos. Para el bienestar de todos, se ruega no fumar en el exterior.

Oggi è una casa vacanze divertente, calda e originale, allestita nello spirito di un grande loft con accenti contemporanei; il risultato: tanto spazio grazie alle zone giorno open space e un arredamento contemporaneo, tutto in bianco luminoso con graziosi tocchi di colore. L'alloggio è molto confortevole, ben attrezzato e davvero piacevole da vivere, è indipendente e gode di una splendida vista sulla campagna e sui campi a perdita d'occhio. C'è anche un grande giardino recintato, solo per voi, e un cortile coperto che può essere utilizzato come stanza extra nella bella stagione. Le vostre passeggiate vi porteranno fino al fiume Avre, appena sotto, o un po' più in là fino a Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton, con il suo ricco patrimonio architettonico. Carla e Jonathan, i vostri vicini, sapranno guidarvi verso le numerose attività per il tempo libero e i luoghi più belli della zona. C'è un ampio cortile ben curato con zona pranzo e barbecue. L'ampio giardino (circa 1700 m²) è completamente recintato e privato. I giochi includono palla, ping pong e freccette.
