Au coeur de la campagne normande, "le Goupil" fait partie de ces lieux où l'on se sent tout de suite bien, où l'on pose ses valises certain d'être au bon endroit, prêt à passer un superbe séjour revigorant. Le charme de cette grande bâtisse traditionnelle rénovée dans les règles de l'art opère ! Derrière les pans de bois, de belles pièces toutes vraiment spacieuses et confortables dédiées à votre bien-être et à votre détente. Laure et David ont su créer une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale par une mise en scène réussie : poutres, briques et colombages anciens, stalle de l'ancienne écurie qui abrite la cuisine, auges conservées, incroyable jeu de charpente toute hauteur ou verrière d'une ancienne serre, côtoient une déco actuelle à la fois douce et colorée autour de meubles chinés et objets habilement détournés. Eté comme hiver, vous vous sentirez bien : près du poêle, dans le grand salon autour d'un jeu de société, côté babyfoot, ou sous la grande terrasse couverte pour un repas en plein air près de l'ingénieux espace autour du brasero. Fléchettes, ping-pong, but de foot … à vous de jouer ! Vous êtes ici dans un petit village, face aux champs, à seulement 5 km d'un petit bourg avec commerces et de bons restaurants. Au bout de la route, la forêt, et plus bas la vallée de la Risle qu'il est sympa de longer de village en village. AU RDC : entrée sur une belle pièce dédiée aux loisirs avec un babyfoot, jeux de société et canapé. Superbe et spacieuse pièce de vie autour d'un poêle à pelets avec le salon, la cuisine semi-cloisonnée très bien équipée et l'espace repas convivial ; second espace détente. Grande salle d'eau avec douche hydromassante et wc séparés. A l'ETAGE (escalier un peu raide) : un grand palier dessert les 4 belles chambres doubles à la charpente apparente, chacune avec un lit 2 personnes (une tv dans 3 d'entre-elles) ; l'une est éclairée par une grande verrière ancienne mais n'a pas d'ouvrant sur l'extérieur ; lit futon confortable. Salle d'eau et wc séparés. Comme une grande pièce supplémentaire pour les beaux jours, une dépendance offre un bel espace extérieur couvert avec cuisinette d'été, espace repas, jeu de fléchettes. Il se prolonge par un aménagement sympa autour du brasero. Côté jeux extérieurs : but de foot et table de ping-pong, dans le grand jardin clos (murs et barrières) d'environ 900 m². Pour votre confort, tout est compris.

The charm of this large, traditional building—renovated to the highest standards—really shines through! Behind the half-timbered walls lie beautiful rooms—all truly spacious and comfortable—dedicated to your well-being and relaxation. Laure and David have successfully created a warm and welcoming atmosphere through their thoughtful design: exposed beams, bricks, and historic half-timbering; the former stable stall that now houses the kitchen; preserved troughs, an incredible full-height roof structure, and a glass roof from an old greenhouse—all complemented by a modern decor that is both soft and colorful, featuring antique furniture and skillfully repurposed objects. And just like in winter, you’ll feel right at home: by the stove, in the large living room playing a board game, next to the foosball table, or under the large covered terrace for an al fresco meal near the ingenious space around the fire pit. Darts, ping-pong, soccer goal… it’s up to you! You’re here in a small village, facing the fields, just 5 km from a small town with shops and good restaurants. At the end of the road lies the forest, and further down, the Risle Valley, which is a pleasant place to stroll along from village to village. GROUND FLOOR: The entrance opens onto a beautiful room dedicated to leisure, featuring a foosball table, board games, and a sofa. A superb, spacious living area centered around a pellet stove, featuring the living room, a semi-separated, very well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area; a second relaxation area. Large bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a separate toilet. UPSTAIRS (slightly steep staircase): a large landing leads to 4 beautiful double bedrooms with exposed beams, each with a double bed (3 of them have a TV); one is lit by a large antique glass skylight but does not open to the outside; comfortable futon bed. Separate bathroom and toilet. Like a large extra room for sunny days, an outbuilding offers a lovely covered outdoor space with a summer kitchen, dining area, and darts set. It extends into a cozy area around the fire pit. Outdoor games include a soccer goal and a ping-pong table in the large, enclosed garden (walled and fenced) of approximately 900 m². For your comfort, everything is included.

Mitten in der normannischen Landschaft gehört „Le Goupil“ zu jenen Orten, an denen man sich sofort wohlfühlt, an denen man seine Koffer abstellt und sicher ist, am richtigen Ort zu sein – bereit für einen herrlichen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Charme dieses großen, nach allen Regeln der Kunst renovierten traditionellen Gebäudes wirkt! Hinter dem Fachwerk verbergen sich schöne, wirklich geräumige und komfortable Zimmer, die ganz auf Ihr Wohlbefinden und Ihre Entspannung ausgerichtet sind. Laure und David haben es verstanden, durch eine gelungene Inszenierung eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen: Balken, Ziegelsteine und alte Fachwerkkonstruktionen, die Ställe des ehemaligen Pferdestalls, in denen sich die Küche befindet, erhaltene Futtertröge, ein beeindruckendes, raumhohes Dachstuhl-Design oder das Glasdach eines ehemaligen Gewächshauses – all dies wird ergänzt durch eine moderne Einrichtung, die sowohl sanft als auch farbenfroh ist und sich um antike Möbelstücke und geschickt umgestaltete Objekte dreht. Und auch im Winter werden Sie sich hier wohlfühlen: am Ofen, im großen Wohnzimmer bei einem Gesellschaftsspiel, neben dem Tischfußball oder unter der großen überdachten Terrasse bei einem Essen im Freien in der Nähe des raffinierten Bereichs rund um die Feuerstelle. Darts, Tischtennis, Fußballtor … Sie haben die Wahl! Sie befinden sich hier in einem kleinen Dorf mit Blick auf die Felder, nur 5 km von einem kleinen Marktflecken mit Geschäften und guten Restaurants entfernt. Am Ende der Straße liegt der Wald, und weiter unten das Tal der Risle, das man gerne von Dorf zu Dorf entlangwandert. IM ERDGESCHOSS: Eingang in einen schönen Freizeitraum mit Tischfußball, Gesellschaftsspielen und Sofa. Wunderschöner und geräumiger Wohnbereich rund um einen Pelletofen mit Wohnzimmer, einer halb abgetrennten, sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem gemütlichen Essbereich; zweiter Entspannungsbereich. Großes Badezimmer mit Hydromassage-Dusche und separatem WC. Im OBERGESCHOSS (etwas steile Treppe): Ein großer Flur führt zu den 4 schönen Doppelzimmern mit freiliegendem Dachstuhl, jedes mit einem Doppelbett (in 3 davon gibt es einen Fernseher); eines davon wird durch ein großes historisches Glasfenster beleuchtet, hat jedoch kein nach außen öffnendes Fenster; bequemes Futonbett. Separates Badezimmer und WC. Als zusätzlicher großer Raum für sonnige Tage bietet ein Nebengebäude einen schönen überdachten Außenbereich mit Sommerküche, Essbereich und Dartspiel. Daran schließt sich ein gemütlicher Bereich rund um die Feuerstelle an. Was die Spielmöglichkeiten im Freien angeht: Fußballtor und Tischtennisplatte im großen, umzäunten Garten (Mauern und Zäune) von ca. 900 m². Für Ihren Komfort ist alles inklusive.

De charme van dit grote, traditioneel gebouw, dat volgens de regels van de kunst is gerenoveerd, werkt! Achter het vakwerk gaan prachtige kamers schuil, stuk voor stuk ruim en comfortabel, helemaal gericht op uw welzijn en ontspanning. Laure en David zijn erin geslaagd een warme en gezellige sfeer te creëren door een geslaagde inrichting: balken, bakstenen en oud vakwerk, de stallen van de voormalige paardenstal waarin de keuken is ondergebracht, bewaard gebleven voederbakken, een indrukwekkend dakgebinte over de volledige hoogte en een glazen wand uit een oude kas, gaan hand in hand met een moderne inrichting die zowel zacht als kleurrijk is, met antieke meubels en vakkundig gerecyclede voorwerpen. En net als in de winter zult u zich hier helemaal thuis voelen: bij de kachel, in de grote woonkamer rond een gezelschapsspel, naast de tafelvoetbaltafel, of onder het grote overdekte terras voor een maaltijd in de open lucht bij de ingenieuze ruimte rond de vuurkorf. Darts, tafeltennis, voetbaldoel… aan u de keuze! U bevindt zich hier in een klein dorpje, met uitzicht op de velden, op slechts 5 km van een klein stadje met winkels en goede restaurants. Aan het einde van de weg ligt het bos, en iets lager het dal van de Risle, waar het leuk is om van dorp naar dorp te wandelen. OP DE BEGANE GROND: entree in een mooie ruimte voor vrijetijdsbesteding met een tafelvoetbalspel, gezelschapsspellen en een bankstel. Prachtige en ruime woonkamer rond een pelletkachel met de zithoek, de half afgescheiden, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken en de gezellige eethoek; tweede ontspanningsruimte. Grote badkamer met hydromassagedouche en apart toilet. Op de VERDIEPING (ietwat steile trap): een groot overloop geeft toegang tot de 4 mooie tweepersoonsslaapkamers met zichtbaar dakgebinte, elk met een tweepersoonsbed (in 3 ervan staat een tv); één wordt verlicht door een groot oud glasraam, maar heeft geen raam dat naar buiten opengaat; comfortabel futonbed. Aparte badkamer en toilet. Als extra grote ruimte voor zonnige dagen biedt een bijgebouw een mooie overdekte buitenruimte met een zomerkeukentje, eethoek en een dartspel. Dit loopt over in een gezellige zitplek rond de vuurkorf. Wat buitenspelletjes betreft: voetbaldoel en tafeltennistafel, in de grote omheinde tuin (muren en hekken) van ongeveer 900 m². Voor uw comfort is alles inbegrepen.

En pleno corazón de la campiña normanda, «Le Goupil» es uno de esos lugares en los que uno se siente bien desde el primer momento, donde uno deja las maletas con la certeza de estar en el lugar adecuado, listo para disfrutar de una estancia magnífica y revitalizante. ¡El encanto de esta gran casa tradicional, renovada con todo el esmero, hace el resto! Tras los entramados de madera, se esconden hermosas estancias, todas ellas realmente amplias y cómodas, dedicadas a tu bienestar y a tu descanso. Laure y David han sabido crear un ambiente cálido y acogedor gracias a una acertada puesta en escena: vigas, ladrillos y entramados antiguos, el establo de la antigua caballeriza que alberga la cocina, los abrevaderos conservados, la increíble estructura de vigas que recorre toda la altura o el techo acristalado de un antiguo invernadero, se combinan con una decoración actual, a la vez suave y colorida, en torno a muebles de segunda mano y objetos hábilmente reutilizados. Y, al igual que en invierno, te sentirás a gusto: junto a la estufa, en el amplio salón jugando a algún juego de mesa, junto al futbolín, o bajo la gran terraza cubierta para disfrutar de una comida al aire libre cerca del ingenioso espacio que rodea el brasero. Dardos, ping-pong, portería de fútbol… ¡Tú decides a qué jugar! Estás en un pueblecito, frente a los campos, a solo 5 km de un pequeño pueblo con tiendas y buenos restaurantes. Al final de la carretera, el bosque, y más abajo, el valle del Risle, por el que da gusto pasear de pueblo en pueblo. En la planta baja: entrada a una bonita sala dedicada al ocio con futbolín, juegos de mesa y sofá. Magnífica y espaciosa sala de estar en torno a una estufa de pellets, con el salón, la cocina semiseparada y muy bien equipada, y el acogedor comedor; segunda zona de descanso. Amplio cuarto de baño con ducha de hidromasaje y aseo independiente. En la PLANTA SUPERIOR (escalera un poco empinada): un amplio rellano da acceso a las 4 bonitas habitaciones dobles con vigas a la vista, cada una con una cama de matrimonio (tres de ellas con televisión); una de ellas está iluminada por una gran claraboya antigua, pero no tiene ventana que se abra al exterior; cama futón cómoda. Cuarto de baño y aseo separados. A modo de gran estancia adicional para los días soleados, una dependencia ofrece un bonito espacio exterior cubierto con una pequeña cocina de verano, zona de comedor y juego de dardos. Se prolonga con una agradable zona de descanso alrededor de la hoguera. En cuanto a los juegos al aire libre: portería de fútbol y mesa de ping-pong, en el gran jardín cerrado (muros y vallas) de unos 900 m². Para su comodidad, todo está incluido.

Nel cuore della campagna normanna, “Le Goupil” è uno di quei luoghi in cui ci si sente subito a proprio agio, dove si posano le valigie con la certezza di essere nel posto giusto, pronti a trascorrere un soggiorno meraviglioso e rigenerante. Il fascino di questa grande dimora tradizionale, ristrutturata a regola d’arte, fa davvero la differenza! Dietro le travi a vista, bellissime stanze, tutte davvero spaziose e confortevoli, dedicate al vostro benessere e al vostro relax. Laure e David hanno saputo creare un’atmosfera calda e accogliente grazie a un allestimento ben riuscito: travi a vista, mattoni e travature a traliccio d’epoca, la stalla dell’antica scuderia che ospita la cucina, le mangiatoie conservate, l’incredibile struttura del tetto a tutta altezza o la vetrata di un’antica serra, si affiancano a un arredamento moderno, delicato e colorato, incentrato su mobili d’epoca e oggetti sapientemente riadattati. E, proprio come d’inverno, vi sentirete a vostro agio: vicino alla stufa, nell’ampio salone attorno a un gioco di società, accanto al biliardino, o sotto la grande terrazza coperta per un pasto all’aperto vicino all’ingegnoso spazio attorno al braciere. Freccette, ping-pong, calcio balilla… a voi la scelta! Vi trovate in un piccolo villaggio, di fronte ai campi, a soli 5 km da un paesino con negozi e ottimi ristoranti. In fondo alla strada, la foresta, e più in basso la valle della Risle, che è piacevole percorrere di villaggio in villaggio. AL PIANO TERRA: ingresso su una bella sala dedicata al tempo libero con calcio balilla, giochi da tavolo e divano. Splendido e spazioso soggiorno con stufa a pellet, che comprende il salotto, la cucina semi-separata e ben attrezzata e l’accogliente zona pranzo; seconda area relax. Ampio bagno con doccia idromassaggio e WC separati. Al PIANO SUPERIORE (scala un po’ ripida): un ampio pianerottolo conduce alle 4 belle camere matrimoniali con travi a vista, ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale (tre di esse dotate di TV); una è illuminata da una grande vetrata d’epoca ma non ha aperture verso l’esterno; comodo letto futon. Bagno e WC separati. Come un’ampia stanza in più per le belle giornate, una dependance offre un bel spazio esterno coperto con angolo cottura estivo, zona pranzo e gioco delle freccette. Si estende con una graziosa area attrezzata attorno al braciere. Per quanto riguarda i giochi all’aperto: porta da calcio e tavolo da ping-pong, nel grande giardino recintato (muri e barriere) di circa 900 m². Per il vostro comfort, tutto è incluso.
