In the peace and quiet of this beautiful space, you can enjoy nature and relax by the pool. The atmosphere is peaceful, with a terrace and private garden just for you, where you'll feel far away from it all. It's also an ideal base for visiting L'Aigle and its famous market, Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton and its ramparts, or Center Parcs. In addition to the swimming pool, there's also a relaxation area with spa, sauna and table soccer, perfect for a moment of relaxation. Young and old alike will also appreciate the many games available on this beautiful one-hectare property: pétanque, table tennis, badminton, mini soccer with goals, swings, croquet, books for adults and children, board games.
