L'ambiance est là, chaleureuse ! Côté jardin, un bel espace où courir ou se détendre, sous l'oeil du séquoïa ; au delà, les champs à perte de vue. Vous entrez sur la pièce de vie, toute lumineuse avec ses grandes fenêtres, avec cuisine ouverte, espace repas et salon confortable. Le couloir dessert 3 chambres doubles (volets électriques) avec un lit 2 personnes, dont une grande avec placard. Belle salle d'eau avec wc, grande douche à l'italienne et meuble vasque. Une mezzanine suspendue au dessus du séjour accueille un espace détente ou jeux supplémentaire (lit 1 personne en dépannage). Espace buanderie dans le couloir (lave-linge et sèche-linge). Il disimpegno conduce a 3 camere da letto doppie (tapparelle elettriche) con letti matrimoniali, di cui una grande e dotata di armadio. Bellissimo bagno con doccia, ampia cabina doccia e mobiletto. Un soppalco sospeso sopra il soggiorno offre ulteriore spazio per il relax o i giochi (letto singolo). Zona lavanderia nel corridoio (lavatrice e asciugatrice). Bella terrazza coperta adiacente alla cucina, che si apre sul giardino. L'alloggio confina con il municipio ma è completamente indipendente, così come il suo grande giardino completamente recintato di 1000 m², solo per voi.
