Situé au village du Viella dans le Gers. Elle est une maison Gascon, typique de la region. Completement renovée, elle a trois chambres (chacun avec salle d'eau), un grand salon avec télévision, et coin livre), et coin cusine pour nos clients. Tous sont climatisé. Vous pouvez profiter de la salle a manger avec coin feu. Quand il fait fois, pour quoi pas profiter de la feu et faire grillade un steak!! Nous vous invitons à utiliser le grand jardin avec, piscine (hors sol) et mobilier du jardin ou de la terasse avec BBQ. Il y a du parking privé pour trois voitures. Chaque année le Tour de France passer près d'ici. En 2017 Il passera près d Air sur l'Adour.Chambre La chambre "Madiran" est la plus grande. Elle est equipé avec un lit de 2 personnes (140cm). Il y a une salle d'eau privé avec douche et WC. Climatisé. Désolé, mais les animaux ne sont pas accepté parce ce que nous avons des poules, une cochon noir et les cheins (trés gentils!) Situated in the Village of Viella in the Gers and on the border of the Hautes Pyrenées, Pyrenées Atlantic and the Landes. Viella Vacances is the ideal location for your holiday in SW France. From here you can visit some of the many vineyards by foot or by bike. There are also plenty of cycling routes and walks around Viella and we have maps at your disposal. If you buy wine on your walk or cycle, we are happy to collect it for you. There is a large lounge area and kitchen which is available for use by our guests. Outside, the shady garden is a haven in the summer and the above ground pool is perfect for a cooling off dip! If you prefer a larger pool, the village swimming pool is just five minutes walk from us. A large and varied breakfast is served in the large dinning room or outside on the terrace. We have three guest bedrooms, all ensuite and all with air-conditioning. The "Madiran" Bedroom is the largest of our rooms. It has a double bed and an ensuite shower room with WC. Adjustable air conditioning. We are are about 20mins from Nogaro and 30 from Jazz in Marciac. Further afield you can be on the beaches of the Atlantic coast within 90mins, eaqully on the ski slopes south of Pau or Tarbes or in Spain in less than 2 hours. , Every year the Tour de France passes close by. on 2017, the tour passes close to Aire sur l'Adour, just 15 minutes from here. Sorry, but we can't accept pets as we have free range chickens as well as a pot bellied pig and three very friendly dogs! Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Sie können das Esszimmer mit Feuerstelle nutzen. Wenn es draußen dunkel ist, warum nicht das Feuer genießen und ein Steak grillen? Wir laden Sie ein, den großen Garten mit Pool (oberirdisch) und Gartenmöbeln zu nutzen die Terrasse mit BBQ zu nutzen. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz für drei Autos. Jedes Jahr findet die Tour de France in der Nähe statt. Im Jahr 2017 wird sie in der Nähe von Air sur l'Adour vorbeikommen.Zimmer Das Zimmer "Madiran" ist das größte Zimmer. Volledig gerenoveerd, heeft het drie slaapkamers (elk met eigen badkamer), een grote woonkamer met televisie en boekenhoek, en een keuken voor onze gasten. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning. U kunt genieten van de eetkamer met open haard. Als het mooi weer is, waarom niet genieten van het vuur en een steak grillen! Wij nodigen u uit om gebruik te maken van de grote tuin met zwembad (bovengronds) en tuinmeubilair of het terras met BBQ. Er is parkeergelegenheid voor drie auto's. Completamente renovado, cuenta con tres dormitorios (cada uno con baño en suite), un amplio salón con televisión y rincón para libros, y una zona de cocina para nuestros huéspedes. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Podrá disfrutar del comedor con chimenea. Cuando hace buen tiempo, ¿por qué no disfrutar del fuego y asar un filete? Le invitamos a utilizar el gran jardín con piscina (sobre el suelo) y muebles de jardín o la terraza con barbacoa. Hay aparcamiento privado para tres coches. Completamente ristrutturato, dispone di tre camere da letto (ognuna con bagno privato), di un ampio soggiorno con televisione e angolo libri e di un angolo cucina per i nostri ospiti. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata. Si può godere della sala da pranzo con camino. Quando il tempo è bello, perché non godersi il fuoco e grigliare una bistecca? Vi invitiamo ad utilizzare l'ampio giardino con piscina (fuori terra) e mobili da giardino oppure la terrazza con barbecue. C'è un parcheggio privato per tre auto.
