Depuis sa formation à Kettering en Angleterre, le nom de Temples est devenu synonyme d’exploration et de liberté artistique. Composé de James Bagshaw (chant/guitare), Thomas Walmsley (basse), Adam Smith (claviers/guitare) et Rens Ottink (batterie), ce quatuor britannique n’a jamais cessé d’explorer de nouvelles idées. Avec leur cinquième album très attendu, BLISS, ils s’apprêtent à bousculer la perception même de leur musique. Tout en restant profondément fidèle à son ADN, le groupe s’aventure ici en territoire électronique. BLISS fait cohabiter des mélodies à la fois euphoriques et mélancoliques, directement inspirées de la musique dance de la fin des années 1990, avec des riffs et des boucles hypnotiques teintés de psychédélisme. Since forming in Kettering, England, the name Temples has become synonymous with exploration and artistic freedom. Composed of James Bagshaw (vocals/guitar), Thomas Walmsley (bass), Adam Smith (keyboards/guitar), and Rens Ottink (drums), this British quartet has never stopped exploring new ideas. With their highly anticipated fifth album, BLISS, they set out to shake up the very perception of their music. While remaining deeply true to its roots, the band ventures into electronic territory here. BLISS blends melodies that are both euphoric and melancholic, directly inspiredby late-1990s dance music, with hypnotic riffs and loops tinged with psychedelia. On stage, this clash of eras and styles promises a completely new, organic, and resolutely trance-oriented sonic experience.

Seit ihrer Gründung in Kettering, England, ist der Name „Temples“ zum Synonym für experimentelle Musik und künstlerische Freiheit geworden. Das britische Quartett, bestehend aus James Bagshaw (Gesang/Gitarre), Thomas Walmsley (Bass), Adam Smith (Keyboards/Gitarre) und Rens Ottink (Schlagzeug), hat nie aufgehört, neue Ideen zu erkunden. Mit ihrem mit Spannung erwarteten fünften Album „BLISS“ machen sie sich daran, die Wahrnehmung ihrer Musik selbst auf den Kopf zu stellen.
