Installé dans une maison alsacienne datée de 1542, où vous pourrez admirer un ancien pressoir d'époque, le domaine compte un peu plus de 3 hectares. Jean-Luc pratique la viticulture raisonnée : très vigilant sur l’emploi des produits phytosanitaires, sur le nombre de traitements, le respect de l’environnement et le travail de la terre, le domaine est, depuis le 28 février 2020, certifié HVE3. D’autre part, les vendanges se font de façon manuelles exclusivement.
