The Priory of Vivierie has just opened its doors and invites you to discover the history of this emblematic 12 th century site and plunge you back into that of the Aubois vineyards. A tour in the cellars, eco-museum and audio-visual allows you to discover the work in the vineyard through to the making of champagne. The passage in the emblematic barrel where you will taste the “Prieuré de Viverie” vintage champagne, before continuing in the magnificent cellar with a glass of “Robert-Grandpierre”. A moment of sharing and emotion, not without being surprised by the works of contemporary artists in the Sinots room. A unique historic setting to awaken all the senses!
