La microferme poursuit plusieurs finalités : – Répondre au besoin de se nourrir de faire société sur l’enjeu alimentaire et accompagner le mangeur dans cette démarche en apportant un savoir faire en agronomie et en services associés à l’alimentation;
– Apporter la compétence agrorurale en ville et permettre l’entrée de ses acteurs;
– Offrir de nouvelles opportunités d’activités aux personnes éloignées de l’emploi sur des créneaux nouveaux et porteurs;
– Incarner un nouveau modèle économique inclusif (de tous types d’acteurs économiques, de tous types de publics, de tous types de finalités) directement connexes du fait alimentaire.
La Microferme Cocagne de Gohelle a pour principale fonction de cultiver des espaces urbains en agriculture biologique. Pour ce faire, notre ferme porte l’idée d’un « Archipel Nourricier », constitué de petits espaces de cultures au service d’un même projet : produire localement, tout en favorisant la biodiversité et le développement d’activités récréatives. Les productions de la microferme portent essentiellement sur des légumes et fruits ultra frais ou sensibles au transport, qu’elle met en relation avec les cultures d’agriculteurs locaux AB fournissant pour leur part des légumes de plein champs. Toutes ces productions sont réunies par la microferme et distribués sous la marque « Terre de Gohelle », sous forme d’abonnements aux paniers ou sur nos « Petits marchés ». Appui aux producteurs bio.

The main function of the Cocagne de Gohelle micro-farm is to cultivate urban spaces in organic agriculture. To do this, our farm has the idea of a "Nourishing Archipelago", made up of small cultivation areas serving the same project: to produce locally, while promoting biodiversity and the development of recreational activities. The productions of the micro-farm are mainly focused on ultra-fresh or transport-sensitive vegetables and fruits, which are linked to the crops of local AB farmers who supply open-field vegetables. All these productions are gathered by the micro-farm and distributed under the brand " Terre de Gohelle ", in the form of subscriptions to baskets or on our " Small markets ".
