Limouzi saveurs – Objat

Après avoir travaillé auprès de grands chefs étoilés, Cyril & Sophie Chabenat ont décidé de se lancer dans une nouvelle aventure en Corrèze, terre natale de Cyril, pour valoriser les produits du terroir. Limouzi saveurs est spécialisé dans la fabrication artisanale de biscuits, chocolats et confiseries, nougats, confitures, sirops, tablettes de chocolat…. Tous ces produits sont fabriqués à la vue des visiteurs.

After working with Michelin-starred chefs, Cyril & Sophie Chabenat decided to embark on a new adventure in Corrèze, Cyril's native land, to promote local products. Limouzi saveurs specializes in the artisanal manufacture of cookies, chocolates and confectionery, nougats, jams, syrups and chocolate bars…. All these products are made in full view of visitors.

Nachdem sie bei großen Sterneköchen gearbeitet hatten, beschlossen Cyril & Sophie Chabenat, sich in der Corrèze, der Heimat von Cyril, in ein neues Abenteuer zu stürzen, um die Produkte der Region aufzuwerten. Limouzi saveurs ist auf die handwerkliche Herstellung von Keksen, Schokolade und Süßwaren, Nougat, Konfitüren, Sirup, Schokoladentafeln…. spezialisiert. Alle diese Produkte werden vor den Augen der Besucher hergestellt.

Na samengewerkt te hebben met sterrenchefs besloten Cyril & Sophie Chabenat een nieuw avontuur aan te gaan in Corrèze, het geboorteland van Cyril, om lokale producten te promoten. Limouzi saveurs is gespecialiseerd in de ambachtelijke productie van koekjes, chocolade en suikerwerk, nougat, jam, siroop en chocoladerepen….. Al deze producten worden gemaakt in het volle zicht van bezoekers.

Tras trabajar con chefs galardonados con estrellas Michelin, Cyril y Sophie Chabenat decidieron embarcarse en una nueva aventura en Corrèze, la tierra natal de Cyril, para promocionar los productos locales. Limouzi saveurs está especializada en la fabricación artesanal de galletas, chocolates y confitería, turrones, mermeladas, siropes y tabletas de chocolate….. Todos estos productos se elaboran a la vista de los visitantes.

Dopo aver lavorato con chef stellati, Cyril e Sophie Chabenat hanno deciso di intraprendere una nuova avventura in Corrèze, terra natale di Cyril, per promuovere i prodotti locali. Limouzi saveurs è specializzato nella produzione tradizionale di biscotti, cioccolatini e dolciumi, torroni, marmellate, sciroppi e tavolette di cioccolato…. Tutti questi prodotti sono realizzati sotto gli occhi dei visitatori.
