Gille – Comblanchien

En 1851, François GUILLAUME, chroniqueur régional, écrit sur l'histoire de la Côte d'Or. Dans son ouvrage, il note que dès 1570, la famille GILLE est présente à Comblanchien. A ce jour, c'est la plus ancienne famille du village. Le domaine tel qu'il existe aujourd'hui a été construit par Vivant GILLE (1877 – 1938). Depuis le domaine n'a cessé d'innover, c'est aujourd'hui Matthieu Gille qui représente cette institution.

In 1852, chronicler François Guillaume published a historical guide to the Côte d’Or. He reports that the Gille family has been in Comblanchien since 1570. The estate has grown over the generations. It now covers 13 ha on 27 plots and 14 different appellations. Pierre Gille and his team apply environmentally-friendly practices based on climatology and respect for the “terroir”. Slow, natural vinification produces balanced wines with elegant, complex flavours.

1852 brachte der Chronist François Guillaume eine historische Beschreibung zur Côte d'Or heraus. Aus dieser geht hervor, dass die Familie Gille seit 1570 in Comblanchien etabliert ist. Das Weingut hat sich im Laufe der Generationen weiter entwickelt. Heute verfügt es über 27 Rebparzellen auf einer Fläche von 13 ha und 14 verschiedene Appellationen. Pierre Gille und sein Team arbeiten nach den Prinzipien des integrierten Landbaus unter Achtung der Klimatologie und des Terroirs. Eine langsame und natürliche Gärung bringt ausgewogene Weine mit eleganten und komplexen Aromen hervor.

In 1851 schreef François GUILLAUME, een regionale kroniekschrijver, over de geschiedenis van de Côte d'Or. In zijn boek merkt hij op dat reeds in 1570 de familie GILLE aanwezig is in Comblanchien. Tot op heden is het de oudste familie van het dorp. Het huidige landgoed werd gebouwd door Vivant GILLE (1877 – 1938). Sindsdien is het domein blijven vernieuwen, en het is nu Matthieu Gille die deze instelling vertegenwoordigt.
