FOIE GRAS DU TERNOIS

De eenden van de heer Dubois worden in de open lucht grootgebracht en met maïs gevoed. Dit is ongetwijfeld de reden waarom de foie gras, de confits, de eendenborsten en de huisgemaakte gerechten (eend met flageolet of sinaasappelconfit, cassoulet met confit, terrines,,,) zo lekker zijn.<br><br>
