Domaine des Hâtes – Maligny

Notre domaine est domaine familial de 28ha. Il existe depuis de nombreuses générations mais l'activité de vinification et vente en bouteille est plus récente. Elle date de 2010 avec l'arrivée de Pierrick sur l'exploitation. Nous produisons exclusivement des appellations chablisiennes, du Petit Chablis jusqu'au Chablis Grand Cru. Nous travaillons au vignoble en lutte raisonnée. Notre fil conducteur dans les vignes comme à la cave est le respect de chacun des terroirs.

Our estate is a family domain of 28ha. It has been in existence for many generations, but the winemaking and bottling activity is more recent. It dates from 2010 with the arrival of Pierrick on the estate. We produce exclusively Chablis appellations, from Petit Chablis to Chablis Grand Cru. We work in the vineyard using sustainable methods. Our guiding principle in the vineyards and in the cellar is to respect each of the terroirs.

Unser Weingut ist ein Familienbetrieb mit einer Fläche von 28 Hektar. Es besteht seit vielen Generationen, aber die Weinherstellung und der Verkauf in Flaschen sind jüngeren Datums. Sie begann 2010 mit der Ankunft von Pierrick auf dem Betrieb. Wir produzieren ausschließlich Chablis-Appellationen, vom Petit Chablis bis zum Chablis Grand Cru. Wir arbeiten im Weinberg nach dem Prinzip des integrierten Pflanzenschutzes (lutte raisonnée). Unser Leitmotiv in den Weinbergen und im Keller ist der Respekt für jedes einzelne Terroir.

Ons landgoed is een familiedomein van 28ha. Het bestaat al vele generaties, maar de wijnproductie en het bottelen zijn van recentere datum. Het dateert van 2010 met de komst van Pierrick op het landgoed. Wij produceren uitsluitend Chablis appellations, van Petit Chablis tot Chablis Grand Cru. Wij werken in de wijngaard met duurzame methoden. Onze leidraad in de wijngaarden en in de kelder is het respecteren van elk van de terroirs.

Data de 2010 con la llegada de Pierrick a la finca. Producimos exclusivamente denominaciones de Chablis, desde Petit Chablis hasta Chablis Grand Cru. Trabajamos en el viñedo con métodos sostenibles. Nuestro principio rector en los viñedos y en la bodega es respetar cada uno de los terruños.
