Herbes aromatiques et médicinales – Huiles essentielles et florales 100% bio. Plantes et fleurs entières séchées naturellement en grange. Nos variétés méditerranéennes ont été sélectionnées pour leurs goûts et leurs arômes prononcés dans nos garrigues puis cultivées chez nous en agroécologie. Sachant que nous privilégions dès que possible des espèces indigènes : thym du Salagou, romarin de Mourèze, sarriette de Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, lavande fine du Larzac, thym agrume des Corbières… La cueillette manuelle et le séchage naturel dans notre grange restituent leur qualité gustative, leurs belles couleurs ainsi que leurs principes actifs puisés dans ce terroir de schiste cévenol et de causses calcaires. Sous forme de feuilles et fleurs entières, elles peuvent être consommées en condiment ou en infusion selon vos envies. La récolte en début de floraison et la distillation à la vapeur d’eau à base pression donnent naissance à des huiles essentielles naturelles et concentrées.

Our Mediterranean varieties have been selected for their tastes and their pronounced aromas in our scrublands and then cultivated at home in agroecology. Knowing that we favor indigenous species as soon as possible: thyme from Salagou, rosemary from Mourèze, savory from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, fine lavender from Larzac, citrus thyme from Corbières? Hand-picking and natural drying in our barn restore their gustatory quality, their beautiful colors as well as their active principles drawn from this soil of Cevennes schist and limestone plateaus. In the form of leaves and whole flowers, they can be consumed as a condiment or in infusion according to your desires. The harvest at the beginning of bloom and the steam distillation at base pressure give birth to natural and concentrated essential oils.

Gewürz- und Heilkräuter – Ätherische Öle und Blütenöle 100% biologisch. Ganze Pflanzen und Blüten, die auf natürliche Weise in der Scheune getrocknet werden. Unsere mediterranen Sorten wurden aufgrund ihres Geschmacks und ihrer ausgeprägten Aromen in unseren Garrigues ausgewählt und dann bei uns in Agrarökologie angebaut. Dabei bevorzugen wir so weit wie möglich einheimische Arten: Thymian aus Salagou, Rosmarin aus Mourèze, Bohnenkraut aus Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, feiner Lavendel aus Larzac, Zitronenthymian aus Corbières? Durch das Pflücken von Hand und das natürliche Trocknen in unserer Scheune werden die geschmackliche Qualität, die schönen Farben und die Wirkstoffe, die in diesem Gebiet aus Cevennenschiefer und Kalkkausten gewonnen werden, wiederhergestellt. In Form von ganzen Blättern und Blüten können sie je nach Lust und Laune als Gewürz oder Tee verzehrt werden. Die Ernte zu Beginn der Blütezeit und die Wasserdampfdestillation auf Druckbasis ergeben natürliche und konzentrierte ätherische Öle.

Onze mediterrane soorten zijn geselecteerd op hun uitgesproken smaken en aroma's in onze garrigues en vervolgens bij ons in agro-ecologie gekweekt. Waar mogelijk geven wij de voorkeur aan inheemse soorten: tijm uit Salagou, rozemarijn uit Mourèze, bonenkruid uit Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, fijne lavendel uit Larzac, citrustijm uit Corbières? De handmatige pluk en het natuurlijke drogen in onze schuur herstellen hun smakelijke kwaliteit, hun mooie kleuren en hun actieve bestanddelen die afkomstig zijn van deze bodem van schist en kalksteenplateaus uit de Cevennen. In de vorm van hele bladeren en bloemen kunnen ze worden geconsumeerd als specerij of als aftreksel, al naar gelang uw wensen. De oogst aan het begin van de bloeiperiode en de stoomdestillatie aan de voet van de druk zorgen voor natuurlijke en geconcentreerde etherische oliën.

Nuestras variedades mediterráneas han sido seleccionadas por sus sabores y aromas pronunciados en nuestras garrigas y luego cultivadas en nuestras instalaciones en agroecología. Siempre que es posible, favorecemos las especies autóctonas: tomillo de Salagou, romero de Mourèze, ajedrea de Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, lavanda fina de Larzac, tomillo cítrico de Corbières? La recolección manual y el secado natural en nuestro granero les devuelven su calidad gustativa, sus bellos colores y sus principios activos extraídos de este suelo de esquistos y mesetas calcáreas de las Cevenas. En forma de hojas enteras y flores, pueden consumirse como condimento o en infusión según sus deseos. La recolección al principio de la floración y la destilación al vapor en la base de presión dan lugar a aceites esenciales naturales y concentrados.

La raccolta a mano e l'essiccazione naturale nel nostro fienile restituiscono la loro qualità gustativa, i loro splendidi colori e i principi attivi ricavati da questi terreni di scisto e calcare delle Cévennes. Sotto forma di foglie e fiori interi, possono essere consumati come condimento o in infusione, secondo i vostri desideri. La raccolta all'inizio del periodo di fioritura e la distillazione a vapore alla base della pressione danno origine a oli essenziali naturali e concentrati.
