La famille Zirgel cultive la vigne sur 4 grands crus et 4 lieux dits. Elle vinifie, élève et embouteille ses vins, issus de sa propre récolte. Das Familienweingut, das biologisch und biodynamisch bewirtschaftet wird, liegt auf den Anhöhen von Mittelwihr und erstreckt sich über 11 ha Weinberge in Hanglage. Die Familie Zirgel baut die Reben auf 4 Grand Crus und 4 lieux dits an. Sie vinifiziert, baut aus und füllt ihre Weine aus eigener Ernte ab. Es sind Weine von hohem Ausdruck, die das Ergebnis der Vereinigung berühmter Terroirs, eines außergewöhnlichen Mikroklimas und einer langen, leidenschaftlichen Arbeit der Winzer sind. De familie Zirgel cultiveert de wijnstokken op 4 grands crus en 4 lieux dits. Ze vinifiëren, rijpen en bottelen hun eigen wijnen van hun eigen oogst. Dit zijn wijnen met een hoge expressie, de vrucht van de vereniging van gerenommeerde terroirs, een uitzonderlijk microklimaat en een langdurig en gepassioneerd werk van wijnbouwers.
