Buisson Henri & Gilles – Saint-Romain

C’est avant tout une histoire de famille : 8 générations de vignerons depuis 1758. La surface totale est de 19 hectares avec 2 Premier Cru et 3 Grand Cru. Gilles a fait ses classes en Agriculture biologique aux côtés de son père Henri dans les 70's, ses fils Franck & Frédérick ont repris le domaine en 2009. Les récoltes sont faites à la main et le Domaine est en Agriculture Biodynamique Certifiée.

This is the story of eight generations of winegrowers who have been producing wine since 1758. The estate covers 19 hectares, including two Premier Cru and three Grand Cru plots. Gilles made the shift to organic farming with his father Henri in the 1970s, and his sons Franck and Frédérick took over the estate in 2009. Harvesting is carried out by hand and the estate now has biodynamic certification.

Unser Weingut spiegelt die Geschichte unser Familie wider: 8 Winzergenerationen seit 1758. Die Gesamtfläche beträgt 16 ha und umfasst 2 Premier-Cru- und 3 Grand-Cru-Lagen. Gilles hat an der Seite von seinem Vater Henri in den 1970er-Jahren Kenntnisse in der biologischen Landwirtschaft erworben. Er arbeitet nun mit seinem Sohn Frédérick. Die Lese findet manuell statt und der Betrieb hat das Biosiegel.

Het is vooral een familieverhaal: 8 generaties wijnmakers sinds 1758. De totale oppervlakte is 19 hectare met 2 Premier Cru en 3 Grand Cru. Gilles begon met biologische landbouw met zijn vader Henri in de jaren 70, zijn zonen Franck & Frédérick namen het landgoed over in 2009. De oogst wordt met de hand gedaan en het landgoed is biologisch-dynamisch gecertificeerd.

Gilles se inició en la agricultura ecológica con su padre Henri en los años 70, sus hijos Franck y Frédérick se hicieron cargo de la finca en 2009. La vendimia se realiza a mano y la finca cuenta con la certificación de Agricultura Biodinámica.
