Dieuze, also known for its academicians, reveals at the heart of its former royal saltworks a remarkable 18th century heritage: the salt well building (the merry-go-round), the Délivrance (former salt stores), the administrative building and its park, the monumental main gate (Louis XV) and the surrounding walls. The Domaine départemental de Lindre offers you a thousand hectares of water, reeds, meadows and forests and the vision of an exceptional landscape. Recognized as a Natura 2000 zone and RAMSAR site for its remarkable wetlands, this area is home to eleven different species of amphibians and four of reptiles. It is an ornithological site of international interest and is a passage point for migratory birds. Two hundred and forty species of birds, half of which are breeding, are counted there every year. Tarquimpol, a village located on a peninsula on the Lindre pond, will surprise you with its hidden Gallo-Roman heritage and its church with a round tower, a small architectural jewel.

Het Domaine départemental de Lindre biedt u duizend hectare water, riet, weiden en bossen en het zicht op een uitzonderlijk landschap.
