Situé entre un travail de sculpture et une production « art de la table », mon intérêt pour la céramique est avant tout pour les matières qui la composent.La plasticité pour réaliser les formes souhaitées, les compositions chimiques pour réaliser engobes et glaçures, les différentes transformations par le feu.Les roches, l’eau, les végétaux, et même le vent, participent à l’élaboration de l’argile.Créer un objet usuel avec cette matière, c’est faire une balade dans la nature.

Situated between a work of sculpture and a production "art of the table", my interest for ceramics is above all for the materials which compose it.the plasticity to realize the wished forms, the chemical compositions to realize engobes and glazes, the various transformations by the fire.the rocks, the water, the plants, and even the wind, take part in the elaboration of the clay.to create a usual object with this material, it is to make a stroll in nature.

Die Plastizität, um die gewünschten Formen zu realisieren, die chemischen Zusammensetzungen, um Engoben und Glasuren herzustellen, die verschiedenen Transformationen durch das Feuer.Felsen, Wasser, Pflanzen und sogar der Wind sind an der Entstehung des Tons beteiligt.Einen Gebrauchsgegenstand aus diesem Material zu schaffen, ist wie ein Spaziergang in der Natur.

Mijn belangstelling voor keramiek, gelegen tussen beeldhouwkunst en tafelgerei, gaat vooral uit naar de materialen waaruit het bestaat: de plasticiteit om de gewenste vormen te bereiken, de chemische samenstellingen om engobes en glazuren te creëren, en de verschillende transformaties door vuur. Rotsen, water, planten en zelfs de wind nemen allemaal deel aan de uitwerking van klei. Een alledaags voorwerp maken met dit materiaal is een wandeling in de natuur maken.

Situada entre la escultura y la vajilla, mi interés por la cerámica está sobre todo en los materiales que la componen: la plasticidad para conseguir las formas deseadas, las composiciones químicas para crear engobes y esmaltes, las diferentes transformaciones a través del fuego, las rocas, el agua, las plantas, e incluso el viento, todo participa en la elaboración de la arcilla, y crear un objeto cotidiano con este material es dar un paseo por la naturaleza.

Situato tra la scultura e la tavola, il mio interesse per la ceramica è soprattutto nei materiali che la compongono: la plasticità per ottenere le forme desiderate, le composizioni chimiche per creare ingobbi e smalti, le diverse trasformazioni attraverso il fuoco, le rocce, l'acqua, le piante e persino il vento, tutti partecipano all'elaborazione dell'argilla, e creare un oggetto di uso quotidiano con questo materiale è come fare una passeggiata nella natura.
