La Paysagerie est un tiers-lieu imaginé et propulsé par l'Agence d'Urbanisme Folius Ecopaysage où résident plusieurs entités qui interagissent entre elles. Une histoire d'amour du paysage rural… En 2015, le directeur de l'agence FOLIUS, Eric Germain, fait l'acquisition d'une ancienne exploitation agricole laitière de 2 hectares de terrain qu'il connait de longue date. Il y identifie des atouts paysagers et architecturaux précieux, tel que le clos masure entourant le site. Petit à petit, via diverses actions d'accueil, de formation et d'accompagnement collectif visant à encourager la fabrication d'un paysage responsable, le lieu prend vie. Aujourd'hui, la Paysagerie se revêt de plusieurs casquettes : * Une association qui est en charge de la programmation annuelle * Un collectif d'apiculteurs * Un site proposant une résidence aux artistes * 2 hectares de jardin à visiter (et à déguster) * Un espace de travail pour le coworking, les réunions, séminaires et autres activités de Team Building. Et surtout… une zone où la biodiversité est au cœur de chaque projet !

La Paysagerie ist ein von der Stadtplanungsagentur Folius Ecopaysage erdachter und vorangetriebener Dritter Ort, an dem mehrere Einheiten wohnen, die miteinander interagieren. Eine Liebesgeschichte mit der ländlichen Landschaft? Im Jahr 2015 erwarb Eric Germain, der Leiter der Agentur FOLIUS, einen alten Milchviehbetrieb mit 2 Hektar Land, den er seit langem kannte. Er erkannte dort wertvolle landschaftliche und architektonische Vorzüge, wie z. B. das umliegende Bauernhaus. Nach und nach wurde der Ort durch verschiedene Empfangs-, Ausbildungs- und Begleitmaßnahmen, die die Herstellung einer verantwortungsvollen Landschaft fördern sollten, zum Leben erweckt. Heute hat die Paysagerie mehrere Funktionen: * Ein Verein, der für das Jahresprogramm zuständig ist * Ein Kollektiv von Bienenzüchtern * Ein Ort, der Künstlern eine Residenz anbietet * 2 Hektar Garten, den man besuchen (und probieren) kann * Ein Raum für Coworking, Meetings, Seminare und andere Team-Building-Aktivitäten. Und vor allem: ein Gebiet, in dem die Biodiversität im Mittelpunkt jedes Projekts steht!

La Paysagerie is een derde plek, bedacht en aangedreven door het stedenbouwkundig bureau Folius Ecopaysage, waar verschillende entiteiten met elkaar interageren. Een liefdesrelatie met het landelijke landschap? In 2015 kocht Eric Germain, de directeur van het bureau FOLIUS, een oude melkboerderij met 2 hectare grond die hij al lang kende. Hij identificeerde waardevolle landschappelijke en architecturale troeven, zoals de boerderij die het terrein omringde. Beetje bij beetje kwam de site tot leven dankzij een reeks initiatieven voor onthaal, opleiding en collectieve ondersteuning, bedoeld om de creatie van een verantwoord landschap aan te moedigen. Vandaag draagt de Paysagerie vele hoeden: * Een vereniging belast met de jaarlijkse programmering * Een groep imkers * Een site met kunstenaarsresidenties * 2 hectare tuinen om te bezoeken (en te proeven) * Een werkruimte voor coworking, vergaderingen, seminars en andere teambuildingactiviteiten. En vooral: een gebied waar biodiversiteit centraal staat in elk project!

La Paysagerie es un tercer lugar imaginado e impulsado por la agencia de urbanismo Folius Ecopaysage, donde varias entidades interactúan entre sí. ¿Una historia de amor con el paisaje rural? En 2015, Eric Germain, director de la agencia FOLIUS, adquirió una antigua granja lechera con 2 hectáreas de terreno que conocía desde hacía mucho tiempo. Identificó valiosos activos paisajísticos y arquitectónicos, como la granja que rodeaba el terreno. Poco a poco, gracias a una serie de iniciativas de acogida, formación y apoyo colectivo destinadas a fomentar la creación de un paisaje responsable, el lugar cobró vida. Hoy en día, la Paysagerie tiene muchas funciones: * Una asociación encargada de la programación anual * Un grupo de apicultores * Un lugar que ofrece residencias a artistas * 2 hectáreas de jardín para visitar (y degustar) * Un espacio de trabajo para coworking, reuniones, seminarios y otras actividades de creación de equipos. Nel 2015 Eric Germain, direttore dell'agenzia FOLIUS, ha acquistato una vecchia fattoria con 2 ettari di terreno che conosceva da tempo. Ha individuato beni paesaggistici e architettonici di valore, come la casa colonica che circondava il sito. A poco a poco, attraverso una serie di iniziative di accoglienza, formazione e sostegno collettivo volte a incoraggiare la creazione di un paesaggio responsabile, il sito ha preso vita. Oggi, la Paysagerie indossa molti cappelli: * Un'associazione che si occupa della programmazione annuale * Un gruppo di apicoltori * Un sito che offre residenze per artisti * 2 ettari di giardino da visitare (e degustare) * Uno spazio di lavoro per coworking, riunioni, seminari e altre attività di team building.
