Depuis qu’il a débuté le BMX et qu’il en est devenu ex-champion de France et Vice-champion du Monde, le lillois Vincent Warin a développé une recherche artistique à travers l’exploration virtuose des mouvements et de la relation qui peut exister entre un homme et un vélo, entre un homme et une machine. Il a ainsi contribué à faire accéder le BMX à l’art, la danse, le cirque et le théâtre. Les créations qu’il élabore avec la Cie 3.6/3.4 se placent au croisement de ces disciplines : le BMX, la musique et ces nouvelles formes de cirque et de danse. Avec Ecotone/Air, la place est donnée à un spectacle physique et sensible.

Since he started BMX and became ex French champion and vice world champion, Vincent Warin from Lille has developed an artistic research through the virtuoso exploration of movements and the relationship that can exist between a man and a bike, between a man and a machine. He has thus contributed to bringing BMX to art, dance, circus and theatre. Seitdem er mit dem BMX-Sport begonnen hat und ehemaliger französischer Meister und Vizeweltmeister geworden ist, hat Vincent Warin aus Lille eine künstlerische Suche entwickelt, die auf der virtuosen Erforschung der Bewegungen und der Beziehung zwischen Mensch und Fahrrad, Mensch und Maschine beruht. So hat er dazu beigetragen, das BMX in die Kunst, den Tanz, den Zirkus und das Theater zu bringen. Die Kreationen, die er mit der Cie 3.6/3.4 erarbeitet, befinden sich an der Schnittstelle dieser Disziplinen: BMX, Musik und diese neuen Formen des Zirkus und des Tanzes. Ecotone/Air ist ein physisches und sensibles Spektakel.
