Carrière de Laumont – Naintré

Ancienne exploitation de carrière, le site de Laumont à Naintré a fait l'objet d'un programme de réhabilitation écologique. Aujourd'hui, plus de 40 espèces ont été recensées à Laumont, dont le Chevalier Guignette et l'Hirondelle sauvage. S'agissant de valoriser ce patrimoine naturel, l'aménagement d'un sentier à vocation pédagogique autour du plan d'eau est en cours de réalisation avec la Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux. Il permettra de faire découvrir ce site au public.

Formerly a quarry, the Laumont site in Naintré has been the subject of an ecological rehabilitation program. Today, over 40 species have been recorded at Laumont, including the Common Yellowlegs and the Wild Swallow. With a view to enhancing this natural heritage, an educational trail around the lake is currently being developed in conjunction with the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux. This will enable the public to discover the site.

Der Standort Laumont in Naintré war früher ein Steinbruch und wurde im Rahmen eines Programms ökologisch saniert. Heute wurden in Laumont mehr als 40 Arten gezählt, darunter der Flussuferläufer und die Wildschwalbe. Um dieses Naturerbe aufzuwerten, wird derzeit in Zusammenarbeit mit der Liga für Vogelschutz ein pädagogischer Pfad um die Wasserfläche herum angelegt. Er wird der Öffentlichkeit die Möglichkeit geben, diesen Ort zu entdecken.

De site van Laumont in Naintré, vroeger een steengroeve, is onderworpen aan een ecologisch herstelprogramma. Vandaag zijn er meer dan 40 soorten geregistreerd in Laumont, waaronder de geelpootruiter en de wilde zwaluw. Om dit natuurlijke erfgoed nog beter tot zijn recht te laten komen, wordt er momenteel in samenwerking met de Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux (Vogelbeschermingsbond) een educatief parcours ontwikkeld rond het meer. Zo kan het publiek de site ontdekken.
