Als Kurort lädt Saint-Honoré-les-Bains zum Entspannen ein. Er ist seit der Antike bekannt, als die Römer seine Quellen entdeckten und die ersten Thermalbäder bauten. Saint-Honoré ist heute auf HNO- und rheumatologische Erkrankungen spezialisiert, die in einem Thermalbad aus dem 19. Jahrhundert behandelt werden.
