Description
La Sapinière, a également été construite par Hector Guimard, entre 1903 et 1910 pour un parisien. Malheureusement, ce petit immeuble a été sévèrement remanié. En effet, les ouvertures ont été modifiées et son balcon du premier niveau supprimé. La Sapinière était initialement composée de boutiques au rez-de-chaussée et d'appartements destinés à la location saisonnière.
