The Prieuré Notre-Dame d'Autheuil-en-Valois is a former 12th-century Cluniac priory, founded by the monks of Nanteuil-le-Haudouin and attached to the Abbey of Cluny, offering a remarkable example of Romanesque architecture in a bucolic Valois setting. Transformed into a farm after the French Revolution, then slowly restored since the 1980s, the building combines historical authenticity with a lively heritage project. Now owned by the association Les Amis du Prieuré de Notre-Dame, the site hosts events, guided tours and cultural activities to help visitors discover its Romanesque church, contemporary cloister and thousand-year-old history.
