Porte de Sarrelouis – Thionville

Esthétique, elle ne l'est pas vraiment. Sa mission est avant tout militaire. Moulures des frontons et corniches sont les seuls embellissements qu'elle se permet. Durant l'Annexion, les Allemands la condamnent, comblent sa partie inférieure et la transforment en blockhaus.
